What our guests say...
August 2012 - Well what can we say - all The Fishers have returned home with post holiday blues!!
We have loved the area - weather was much better than we had anticipated, so much so we were on the beach every day - including parents of 82 and 88 respectively...
Your home is delightful and your attention to detail fabulous - we all immediately fell in love with the house and felt very much at home and I have certainly taken away a few decorating ideas!! Thank you so much for the very welcome cream tea on our arrival a lovely touch and much enjoyed.
The courtyard area was put to full use and we had a BBQ to celebrate our daughters birthday on the Tuesday.
I think I can safely say that we will be making a return visit next year - so we will be in touch again regarding dates, trouble is other members of the family feel they have
missed out because of the rave reviews so may need your help in accommodating them somewhere!!
Thank you again for everything - superb!
July 2012 - We really loved the house, it was even nicer than we had hoped. I loved the courtyard and spent quite a lot of time there with my book. We've all been really busy with work and exams (I got my OU degree offer this morning at your house, it brought me luck - FIrst Class!) so having a lovely home from home was just the ticket. We all loved the way you modernised the house yet kept that character and sense of history that is often wiped out in renovations...well done!
August 2012 -The scones were delicious and a very thoughtful touch, thank you. We all had a lovely time at the cottage. It felt very homely, secure and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I will recommend the cottage to others and would hope that we may be able to return in the future.
