Situated in the village of Braunton, SEAHAVEN is just a leisurely amble from the local shops, pubs and restaurants, but also within easy reach of North Devon's magnificent coastline and lovely beaches. Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe, all great surf spots, are just minutes away by car. Further along the coast, you will be spoilt for choice; what with historic villages, heritage sights, golf courses, coast paths and the North Devon cliff line, your biggest difficulty will be what to do first!
SEAHAVEN offers an extremely comfortable and homely base in this very popular village. This pet-friendly 2 bedroom property sleeps 4+, and is perfect for families, children and friends, while tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout.

LIVING AREAS
There is a spacious lounge with cream leather sofas, feature fireplace and large windows overlooking the front garden. There is a flatscreen TV with Freeview and a DVD / CD player as well as a DVD selection. Internet access is thoughtfully included, as well as a large selection of books to choose from.
To the rear of the home and through the kitchen, there is a further living area / dining area which is filled with light from the wrap around windows and double French doors out to the garden. The room has ample storage, a 3-seater sofa and a large wooden dining room table seating 6.

KITCHEN
The gorgeous homely kitchen has all the modern appliances. These include: 4 plate hob, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, cafetiere, coffee grinder and a large selection of cutlery and crockery for adults and children.. This country-cottage style kitchen also has a dining table, seating 4, perfect for breakfasts or for extending the dining room seating.

BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom: This lovingly decorated room with large double Victorian bed and ample wardrobe space has lovely views over the rear garden.
Bedroom 2: With ample wardrobe and drawer storage, this twin room is full of character with unspoilt views over the front garden.

BATHROOM
The spacious bathroom contains a bath with shower overhead, WC and vanity unit.

Outside there is a fully enclosed, secluded, rear garden with BBQ, great for summer evenings. Perfect for al-fresco dining, there is a wooden table and 6 chairs. Fragrant shrubs border the patio, which is also surrounded by trellis. This garden is a real suntrap.
The front of the house also has a garden and there is a paved driveway with parking suitable for 1 car. Unlimited on-street parking is also available.

The West Country / Devon region

North Devon is fast becoming one of the country's' top destinations for holidays at any time of year. There is very good access to the area with a new dual carriageway joining the M5 from Junction27. The area is renowned as having some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK, with Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks to explore, some of the finest golden sandy beaches many with blue flags. An ideal place to bring families down on holidays - safe and picturesque with so many activities available.

There are superb walks, especially along the coastline - much of which is owned by the National Trust. There are castles and grand houses to visit, there are country towns and pastel coloured fishing villages to discover. There is plenty to do at any time of year. And don't forget of course the obligitary devon cream teas or freshly made pasties.

The Croyde / Braunton area

WALK TO - Braunton and surrounds is a great place for days out with family and friends. Many local restaurants and pubs offer a superb variety of food and entertainment such as Squires (great fish and chips), At One (Tapas evenings), The George Pub (great local food as well as Thai Cuisine) and The Williams Arms (well renowned Sunday roasts).
Entertainment facilities are available for all ages.

CYCLE TO - cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon.

DRIVE TO - the beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe are only a short drive away (note to pet owners: Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe have demarcated pet-friendly areas for your dog). A day at historic Braunton Burrows is great for walkers. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. For the more adventurous, kite surfing, surfing, horse riding and kayaking are popular sports in the area. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in the beautiful part of England.
