The owners know how important privacy is so they both have their own enclosed gardens and separate entrances..
Croyde is a few minutes walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, family pubs and Croyde's excellent sandy beach, where you can try your hand at a wide range of watersports. North Devon has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery, visit one of the many all year attractions, enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with children's bunk beds. Bathroom: new with bath, quadrant shower, hand basin and WC. Lounge: with electric fire, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with lovely views to the sea from the dining area. Well-equipped kitchen with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden with a raised paving area, outside seating and BBQ. Amenities: private entrance with ample driveway parking. Bed linen, electric and night storage heating included. Regret no pets. Cot and highchair available on request. Additional info: returnable security deposit of £100 required 4 weeks prior to arrival payable direct to owner. Location: beach 10 minute walk, village 5 minute walk. Arrival: 4.30pm.
