LIVING AREAS
The cottage has two light and airy sitting rooms. One with two large comfortable sofas with room for everyone, flat screen television and access through the south facing french double doors to the deck and enclosed gardens outside. The NEW FOR 2017 second sitting room is another light and spacious with comfortable seating and another flat screen television.
KITCHEN/DINER
With solid wood floors the open plan kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday, including dishwasher, microwave, electric 4 plate hob with extractor, fan assisted oven, fridge / freezer, toaster and doorway to the south facing deck with access to the garage and washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer as well as numerous buckets and spades!! The kitchen also has a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area includes seating for six, LCD TV with Freeview, ipod docking station and a library of cookery books. A highchair is available upon request.
BEDROOMS
There are three sizable bedrooms on the first floor, all lovingly furnished. Bedroom One is sizeable and has a king size double bed. Bedroom Two is a great size and has bunk beds and both bedrooms have extensive built-in wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom Three has bunk beds with a chest of drawers and a handy shelving unit. There is a landing area above the stair case with a bookcase and a useful airing cupboard. .
BATHROOMS
There are 2 beautiful modern bathrooms, the family bathroom upstairs has solid wooden flooring, bath, WC & basin and the 2nd bathroom is downstairs with a shower room, WC and basin.
All linen for your stay is provided and beach/bath towels are available for an additional charge.
NO SMOKING PROPERTY
UTILITY new for 2017 a stylish purpose built utility/boot room located just off the decking with washing machine, tumble dryer, an extra fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space.

With a garage for storing surfboards, wetsuits and buckets and spades there is ample off road parking for two cars on the driveway at the front of the property and additional parking is available in the free village car park just 150m down the road.
With a table and chairs to seat six the south facing garden and decked area is the ideal place to soak up the sunshine, enjoy the BBQ and al-fresco dining.
