CROYDE MILLERS BROOK OVERVIEW
This very spacious, high quality, home is set in a fantastic location - a mere 250 yards walk along the pavement to the beach path and a stroll to the village centre. Millers Brook is an ultra luxurious 5-bedroomed detached private house, perfect for two/three family occupation with a signature large, enclosed garden with fabulous private hot tub and fantastic views over the countryside. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for bookings from September to end May.
Enter through the front door into a lobby for coats and then into a larger entrance hall leading to a very spacious double-aspect lounge. The lounge is contemporary with high quality leather settees, large 42" TV with surround sound, DVD players and a selection of DVD's. The second section of the lounge has further seating for more intimate or quiet moments. Various board games and books will keep one busy on rainy days. Wireless broadband is available in the property. The lounge opens up through french doors into the Conservatory dining room with enough room to seat 12, making for a bright/light area overlooking the gorgeous garden. Dine and relax in style.
The modern and contemporary kitchen, with slate tiles and granite surfaces, serves the lounge and dining room, plus a sliding door to garden for your BBQ'ing needs. This is a well-equipped space with a dedicated wine fridge in addition to
an American double fridge and freezer. There is a dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils (including crockery for the children) you may require as well as a double oven, coffee machines (Filter and Nespresso), kettle, 4-slice toaster and hob with extractor fan. Step into the separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron with ironing board and a shower cubicle, ideal for when you return from the beach.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and a further 3 upstairs:-
Bedroom 1 is a warm downstairs room with double bed and beautiful broad pine wooden floor. A chest of drawers and wardrobe is provided for storage.
Bedroom 2 is a very spacious bedroom with twin beds, decorated in calming shades of blue and cream. This bedroom has 3 set of drawers, a wardrobe, large television with Sky package, PlayStation console, a fold-out futon as well as a beanbag.

Bedroom 3, the large master bedroom with king-sized bed and sky windows offers spectacular views overlooking the garden and hills beyond. A large chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps are provided.
Bedroom 4 has a large double bed and is approached from the landing upstairs, very beautifully decorated with solid wood furnishings in the form of a chest of drawers and wardrobe as well as a full-length mirror and side tables with lamps.
Bedroom 5 is another very spacious bedroom
with twin beds, 32" TV with PlayStation 2 (and 3) consoles and dramatic country views
There is a modern shower room with WC and hand basin downstairs. The upstairs family bathroom, with slate flooring has a bath and shower over, WC and hand basin and heated towel rail. A further shower room is adjacent to the kitchen and can be accessed from outside to wash of the sand from a fabulous day at the beach.
From the conservatory, step into the very large enclosed garden with endless country views. A bubbling brook runs the length of the garden (protected by a wooden fence for the little ones) and the the rear of the garden a decked area with outdoor furniture is in place for an al-fresco meal, or quieter moments,overlooking the land. A built-in brick BBQ on a separate patio area makes this the perfect entertainment home. The addition of the private hot tub adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to this already fabulous home. There is a dedicated driveway at the front of the property with parking for up to 3 cars an additional car off-street.

Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses.
