Enter through the main door into the expansive grand hallway with original floorboards and an original wooden staircase. leading off the hallway is the living room on your left and a drawing room to your right, The living room is a large functional space with a black corner sofa, 2 colour co-ordinated footstools, 32'' LCD freeview TV, DVD player, coffee table, 2 reading lamps and selection of children's games. The living room is decorated in cream tones with an original feature fireplace. Hillside also has the added benefit of broadband which is inclusive.
The reading room offers the perfect place to relax and unwind with a book. Decorated in calming creams with 2 large black leather sofas and accent cushions. This room has a selection of books, cd hifi stereo system and white coffee table. These two rooms offer a dual living space for multiple families.
The hallway leads through into the newly renovated kitchen dinner decorated in neutral tones with chocolate tones. There is ample space to seat 12 visitors around the large wooden dinning table with beautiful sideboard, array of plants with views over the side garden. The kitchen offers modern living style with a convenient breakfast bar, large American fridge freezer with drinks dispenser, dishwasher, gas ringed hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other appliances that you would expect from a kitchen of this high standard.
Attached through a "mini" hallway is a downstairs shower room with a large corner rain shower with hose attachment, W.C and washbasin (perfect for washing off after a day at the beach!)
On this level Hillside has a brand new bedroom conversion with harmonizing green floral tones. This ground floor bedroom has plenty of room with a double bed, side tables, reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, tub chair and doors opening out over the terrace garden space.
Upstairs Hillside house has a very large landing with original floorboards, the landing links a variety of rooms.
Bedroom Two is very spacious with harmonizing aqua tones, this room has a double bed with white bedside units, aqua coloured lamps, built in wardrobe and dressing table. This room has spectacular views over looking the beautiful coastline and the garden below.
Bedroom three has a king-size bed with a large built in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, 2 side tables and 2 lamps. This room is bright and airy decorated with calming blue influences. This room enjoys views overlooking Braunton village.
Bedroom four has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space , bedside table with a lamp and a set of bunk beds. This room is decorated with a green toned floral accent wallpaper.
Bedroom five is a twin room with an oriental theme of rich reds and white tones. This room has two wooden bedside tables with lamps, two wooden beds dressed with cream linen and a wall mounted mirror.
The family bathroom has a mono- tone floor with a modern bath, large corner rain shower with hose attachment, sink, bathroom cabinet and mirror.
A separate W.C can also be found on this floor.
Playroom / (Extra bedroom) Perfect for young children to play with the toys, books and games provided. A LCD TV and DVD player can be found for extra enjoyment and quiet time or this room is an ideal space to use the double air bed to sleep a total of 12 visitors.

The West Country region
The North Devon Coast boasts spectacular scenery and beautiful beaches whatever the season.The beaches are recognised as possibly some of the finest and cleanest in Europe - with two miles of soft golden sand, plenty of rock pools and amazing surf. The area of Saunton, Croyde, Georgeham and Woolacombe are in the heart of the Gold Coast and the best beaches in North Devon. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
There are a number of local golf courses, the closest being Willingcott just 2 miles away near Woolacombe or Saunton Golf Club located at Saunton Sands which is just the other side of Croyde. Other activities available in the area include kite surfing, running, cycling including the Tarka Trail cycle path, wake boarding, fishing and volleyball.
There are plenty of activities for children apart from the beach. There are good local parks, indoor play centres, museums, swimming pools and a Wildlife and Dinosaur park in nearby Combe Martin. There are also lots of interesting places to go for day trips including Lundy Island. Lynton and Lynmouth, Instow, Clovelly and Appledore are pretty Devon seaside villages and Barnstaple offers good shopping. There are fishing trips available from Ilfracombe Harbour, Combe Martin, Appledore and Lynmouth and at Instow there is the North Devon Yacht Club with a boat park and slipway with excellent Cadet Training undertaken during the summer months.
Aswell as the choice of 4 top quality beaches - Croyde Bay - Saunton beach - Woolacombe bay - Putsborough beach (some awarded with the blue flag) within 10 mins drive all offering different attributes for families and surfers there are also a number of family attractions close by - Exmoor Zoo, The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Dinosaur park are to name but a few.
Braunton Village is less than 1 mile drive from Hillside - easy walking distance
Saunton is within driving distance of 8 minutes
Croyde bay is within driving distance of 10 minutes
Barnstaple town centre (15 mins drive) has a cinema, leisure centre, tennis centre, shopping centre and other amenities.
