CROYDE BAY LODGE is a unique detached single storey lodge in Croyde, just a few minutes walk to the surf washed sands of Croyde Bay. Croyde is one of the loveliest seaside villages in North Devon with its abundance of pretty thatched cottages, shops and restaurants. Set within the grounds of the owners own home and backing onto fields CROYDE BAY LODGE offers cosy and comfortable holiday accommodation. Croyde has much to offer - enjoy breathtaking coastal walks from the doorstep, learn to surf, book riding lessons or simply enjoy a fantastic pub lunch! This is the ideal seaside base for couples, friends and small families.
The living and sleeping areas are open plan. A sunny conservatory area has a large bedsettee, and chairs to sit in the sun and read a good book. Entertainment includes a TV, Freeview DVD player, and CD player. Between the bedroom and living area is a dining table seating 4 people.
The practical kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a good selection of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Everything you could need to rustle up your favourite meal.
The bedroom area has a double bed, apex ceiling and character cross beams.
The bedsettee allows extra informal sleeping for 2 young children.
Large shower room with hand basin and separate WC.

Croyde Bay is renowned as a premier surfing beach destination in England for short and long boards. For the more adventurous, kite surfing, volley ball, kayaking and horse riding is on your doorstep. Within walking distance of Croyde beach enjoy its ice cream shop, gourmet restaurants, superb village pubs, surf shops, and art gallery. This classic 'chocolate-box' village is steeped in old-world charm and echoes the feeling of life in Britain in times gone by. Coastal and Countryside walks include the majestic Croyde cliff path to Baggy Point, (and for those energetic), to Woolacombe and beyond.
CYCLE TO - A day at historic Braunton Burrows is great. Cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon.
DRIVE TO – explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in this beautiful part of England.
