The 1st floor living and sleeping areas all provide gorgeous rural countryside views.The village of Georgeham adjoins Croyde and has 2 pubs and a village store selling a wide range of organic produce.
The upper living area is cavernous in space, with high apex ceilings and window-lights. For cuddling up in winter there is a modern wood burner, recently installed. The lounge area consists of beautiful solid oak flooring, red leather sofas, a 37 inch flat screen TV & home cinema system, Play station, CD player and well equipped toy box.
The dining area features a quality wood table with comfortable rattan seating for 6.
This open planned modern area also houses a cream shaker-style kitchen and includes many facilities, namely: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, gas hob, Stainless-steel fan assisted oven, extractor fan, large fridge & separate freezer, 2-slice toaster, coffee percolator, children's crockery and all other facilities you would expect in a home of this standard.
The master bedroom & en-suite also on the upper floor has oak flooring, a gorgeous roof light window above a king-size cast iron bed, 2 bedside tables and a double wardrobe with hanging and shelve space.
Bedroom 2 is a large family-size room and/or great place for the kids! The room with natural limestone floor and green oak adult size bunk beds are a definite feature in this light spacious room along with this is a double bed that can be used as a large sofa in the day. There is also TV & DVD player for your convenience.
Both main bathrooms are en-suite and lead off each bedroom, including a large shower area, basin, WC, Heated towel rail. All set in natural limestone.
There is an additional downstairs huge wet room with limestone floor, shower cubicle, basin, WC, heated towel rail and hanging space for wetsuits.
Outside the barn is a beautiful decked area with hanging flower baskets and original stone work; perfect for the BBQ's, al fresco dining or breakfasts and comes complete with garden furniture and parasol.
