Located in a quiet part of Braunton, this is the perfect holiday home for couples or small families wanting a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of North Devon. Visitors can walk to the local shops, restaurants, pubs, and bustling village life (within 300m). Award winning beaches, and favourites with surfers include Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe, all just a short car journey away. Golfers will love the fact that the 1st tee at world-renowned Saunton Golf
Course is only 1.5 miles away. This lovely property has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people, a cosy wood fire, lots of original character features and a fully decked courtyard with a BBQ area for warm summer evenings.
The cosy wood burner means this property is ideal for romantic winter getaways! An initial supply of logs is provided (more can be added to your booking basket). There is a wall-mounted TV, Sky TV entertainment package, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, iPod docking station, books, games, and a toy box. A sofa bed provides additional informal sleeping for 2 people. There is solid wood flooring and a comfy leather armchair to relax in. An open plan dining area seats 4/6, perfect for entertaining! French doors lead to outdoor decked area.
NB - Not suitable for wheelchair access due to stairs leading to a first floor entrance.
A well equipped modern kitchen with a black slate, cream and chrome theme and integrated appliances. These include: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, as well as a good supply of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Bedrooms are located downstairs.
Bedroom 1: Elegant double bedroom with slate flooring and a large chest of drawers, dresser with mirror and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: Solid wood bunk bedroom with slate floor and storage space.
Contemporary shower room with large shower enclosure, electric shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC. This shower room interlinks the two bedrooms acting as an en suite to both.
A pretty courtyard garden with decking has a BBQ for summer meals outdoors. There is a useful lockable exterior store large enough for family bikes or surfboards.

Entertainment facilities are available for all ages.
CYCLE TO - cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon. A day at historic Braunton Burrows is great.
DRIVE TO - the beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe are only a short drive away (note to pet owners: Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe have demarcated pet-friendly areas for your dog). A day at historic Braunton Burrows is great for walkers. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. For the more adventurous, kite surfing, surfing, horse riding and kayaking are popular sports in the area. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in the beautiful part of England.
