The East Anglia region

Norfolk, and in particular North Norfolk, is one of the UK's top tourist destinations. With its fine sandy beaches, fantastic open countryside and wildlife, coupled with the regional capital city of Norwich approx 20 miles away, there's something for everyone.

Cromer

Cromer is a lovely Victorian seaside town with a long and unique history. The town is mainly famous for its Blue Flag sandy beaches, Cromer Crabs, its pier end theatre and working lifeboat.

Cromer is small and easily explored on foot. It has a majestic church has a very high tower which is possible to climb at certain times of the day. This is well worth the effort as it has a superb view.

Next to the church is the revamped small museum - again, very well worth a visit, it really does help to put this delightful town into its modern context and see its long history.

The small streets throw up delightful local shops where fresh sea food, fine fish and chips, individual and tasteful gift shops and galleries can all easily be found. There are a variety of shops on the high street and it is likely that you can find all you need here in Cromer to give you a good holiday or short stay.

Cromer is accessible to all. The front is long and the beaches have lifeguards on duty in season. On the pier is a well known theatre where there are seasonal shows and a full programme of artists throughout the best part of the year. There is always something worth watching and the professional performances belie the community atmosphere inside this theatre over the sea. To walk out after an evening performance and see Cromer on the cliff lit up by all the towns twinkling lights is quite magical and is definitely part of the magic of Cromer.

At the very end of the pier is the lifeboat station which can be visited. It has a wonderful history which you can learn about through a trip to the museum.

"Perfect location, modern and lovely flat."

Was a bit worried when we first walked in due to the state and the smell of the stairs but the flat itself is lovely. Very spacious and modern furniture. We cooked in for two of the nights we stayed, … More

Thank you so much for your comments, we're glad you enjoyed your stay. There are plans to refurbish the communal area in the near future as we are pushing for an update. We're careful to make it clear we only have TV (not Sky) in the flat - the Sky box is for the Freeview channels. Channel choice is limited in Cromer so we provide a DVD player as well for the use of our guests. We look forward to welcoming you again soon!

"Perfect place in perfect location"

Although the steps leading up to the first floor flat are not particularly inviting once inside the apartment it was such a lovely suprise!
The apartment is spacious and well furnished with everything you could need and the car parking space a real bonus.
Even though it is in the heart of Cromer it was peaceful and a lovely get away from it all break.
The weather was kind to us.
My first trip to Norfolk and I will definately be back!!

Thank you for your fantastic review. We're glad you had such a good time and loved the flat as much as we do. Please come and see us again soon (we offer a 5% discount for returning guests!).

"Beautiful flat"

Beautiful flat very surprised at the size and decor. Couple of small points no parking permit spent every day/evening wondering if we were going to get clamped. The place hadn't been cleaned ve… More

Thank you for your review. We're glad you liked the flat so much; we too love the sense of space that its size and high ceilings create, and its location couldn't be more perfect!

We're really sorry that, on this one occasion, we fell below the standards of cleanliness that our guests should expect. Our changeover lady does a fantastic job for us, and we'll be looking into what went wrong this time so we can make sure it doesn't happen again. The permit's always left in the flat when parking is being provided - we're sorry we slipped up and it wasn't there for you.

We do hope you'll visit again and give us an opportunity to show you just how lovely and clean the flat usually is.

"Outstanding"

The apartment was first class, you cannot fault the location smack in the middle of town, access to beach not more than 5 minutes, access to shopping not more than 3 minutes, access to surrounding area very easy, parking provided, all you need for a fantastic holiday is great weather and as we were there during October we got very, very lucky, to finish all I can say is Go There.

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our flat, we hope to welcome you again soon!

"Excellent flat & location"

Delighted with flat which has a sea view from bedroom and overlooks the Church. Very conveniently situated. Spotless with great decor and I highly recommend it.
About 8 mins walk from station and great bus access to surrounding area. Cromer is a lovely seaside town with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Thank you for your lovely review. We're glad you liked the flat so much and look forward to welcoming you back soon.
