The Annexe is newly constructed and is adjoining the main bungalow. The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday in beautifully presented surroundings.
The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all open plan and offer comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. At the side of the property is a garden area with seating and a pergola with bar-be-que equipment provided.
Broomfield itself is located on the outskirts of the village of Roughton and just over a mile from the popular seaside resort of Cromer. There are three properties available for holidays, all comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There is a small pond near The Cabin (ref 52418), parking for each property and the whole area is protected by security gates.

North Norfolk is an area of outstanding natural beauty and offers the visitor many places to walk and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The city of Norwich is just 25 miles away and well worth a visit and the bird-watching marshes at Cley-next-the-Sea and the harbour at Blakeney are a must-see on your holiday.
The Norfolk Broads are about fifteen miles ways. These are a series of inland waterways and you may hire a boat for the day and explore the countryside. There are several Stately Homes belonging to The National Trust within easy reach & The Queen's own holiday home at Sandringham is within a thirty minute drive.

Cromer / Roughton area
Roughton is situated just a short distance inland from the coastal resort of Cromer. There are safe, sandy beaches at Cromer and the famous pier which hosts a Seaside Special variety show throughout the summer season. The Royal Cromer golf club welcomes non-members and there are other equally as picturesque Links courses at Sheringham and West Runton.
Roughton itself has a local shop, a very good Fish & Chip restaurant and a local public house serving good quality food. There are fishing lakes just a short walk away from the property

The village of Roughton is situated just inland from the coastal resort of Cromer. There is a railway station at Cromer and local bus services through to the village. The nearest airport is Norwich and the National Bus Company run regular services from London to Cromer
