The Bungalow and Annexe are well-presented and offer comfortable and very well equipped holiday accommodation for up to nine guests. The lounge is spacious, yet cosy and the kitchen is large and very well equipped. The bungalow enjoys an elevated position, looking across towards open fields.
Broomfield is located on the outskirts of the village of Roughton and about three miles from the popular sea-side resort of Cromer. The property comprises the Main Bungalow with adjoining Annexe , comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There is a small pond in the grounds , parking for three cars and the whole area is protected by security gates.

The East Anglia / Norfolk region
The North Norfolk coast and surrounding area has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are many places to visit, including the marshes and bird-watching areas around Cley-next-the-Sea and the harbour at Blakeney.
The Norfolk Broads are within a fifteen minute drive away. These are a series of inland waterways and you can hire a boat for the day and have a very relaxing meander and enjoy the surrounding countryside.
The city of Norwich is well worth a visit. during your holiday and there are several Stately homes nearby, including The Queen's own holiday home at Sandringham.
Cromer / Roughton area
Cromer is an old-fashioned sea-side town with a promenade and very safe, sandy beaches. There is a pier which hosts the Seaside Special variety show throughout the summer season and is well worth a visit. The Royal Cromer golf club welcomed non-members and there are other Links courses at Sheringham and West Runton. These are well worth a visit too, as the views across the coastine and out to sea are stunning.
Roughton itself has a local shop, a very good Fish & Chip restaurant and a local public house serving good quality meals. There are fishing lakes within a short stoll from the property.

Roughton is a small village located just a short distance inland from the coastal resort of Cromer. There is a railway Station at Cromer & National Express run coaches to here from London. The nearest airport is Norwich International
