East Anglia is a haven of natural beauty. Take a trip along the coastal road from Cromer towards Wells-next -the-Sea, passing Sheringham where you can swap the car for the steam train to Holt. Visit Blakeney to walk the marshes and take a boat trip to see the seals in their natural home. Salthouse and Cley offer miles of bird watchers paradise. While further afield you reach the seaside town of Hunstanton.

Travelling East, brings you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Mundesley or if you fancy beautiful beaches along with amusements arcades, fairground rides and even a model village take a day trip to Great Yarmouth.

Further East takes you to the borders of Suffolk where there are many lovely old seaside towns to while away the day, Lowestoft, Southwold.

The Norfolk Broads are 45 minutes drive away, with their many boats and waterways. Visit Wroxham, Potter Higham, Horning and take a trip on a paddle steamer. Take the Bure Valley Railway from Aylesham to Wroxham and back.

Cromer

Known for normally getting the most sunshine in Norfolk, Cromer has its own Pier which houses its Theatre which is well worth a visit to one of its many shows. Climb the steps to the top of Cromer Church Tower and be amazed at the views.

There is always something to see and do in Cromer, whether it is a game of Putting, Crazy Golf or Grass Bowls. Sit and people watch, enjoy the safe sandy beaches or a walk along the promenade.

Famously known for the Cromer Crab, you can watch the fishing boats come and go while enjoying a tea or coffee. Each time you walk amongst its streets you see something different that grabs the eye.

Cromer has supermarkets, family run bakers, the famous Icarus Hines butcher, coffee shops, restaurants, real local pubs.

It can be like stepping back in time where shops close on time, do not open on bank holidays unless there is a great event on in the town and where the normal everyday rush of life can be left behind, and you can really relax.

Spend New Year in Cromer and watch the New Year's Day Fireworks off the Pier, they are truly amazing! Carnival week during August where they really do have the best and longest Carnival Parade. A must to see at least once.

"bright, spacious and relaxing"

We liked the warm and comfortable apartment with all we needed for a nice relaxing stay. All was clean and in as-new condition. The apartment is bright and spacious with good views and in a quiet area. The off-street parking area at rear is important because the street parking is usually busy, Given a warm welcome on arrival and enjoyed the home made cake and bottle of wine. We hope to go back again to explore the area more.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again.

"Wonderful"

What a wonderful place to stay. So clean, comfortable, warm and beautifully furnished. I was very pleasantly surprised to have found such a lovely place to stay and because the weather was rather cold and blustery, it was actually a pleasure to stay in! I would definitely stay here again. Stephanie and Paul the owners, made sure that everything was in place for our stay and that we were comfortable. Thank you Stephanie and Paul. The apartment was convenient for the shops and a short walk to the beach. All in all a very pleasing holiday.

Thank you. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

"A beautiful apartment located just a short walk from the beach"

We didn't have the best of weather for our weekend away, but the apartment was warm and comfortable, for cosy nights in with a spectacular view of the clock tower and the town. The location was ideal with a short walk to the town and beach, with array of friendly places to visit and eat.
All rooms we exceptionally clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with a spacious dining area, and plenty of windows bring in natural light into the apartment.
We would defiantly visit again and would recommend to all. Absolutely excellent.

We are pleased you were warm and enjoyed your stay despite the weather. We look forward to welcoming you again.
