The East Anglia / Norfolk region

The North Norfolk coast has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. Which has both stunning countryside abundant with wildlife, but which also has miles of unspoilt golden sandy beaches. Why not take a ride on the Bure Valley Railway at Aylsham or take a boat trip to see the seals and bird sunctuary from Bishop's Boats at Blakeney. The Norfolk Wildlife Centre at Great Witchingham is the perfect day out for all the family. There is so much more to do for all the family and for all ages than you could ever believe to do in Norfolk.
The Cromer area
Our chalet is located in Cromer - "Gem of the Norfolk Coast" renowned for the Cromer Crabs and the summer holiday centre for the Edwardian Gentry who have left a heritage of lovely Victorian and Edwardian Houses all over this part of the coast.
Situated on a key position of the coast where the sun often shines when other areas are cloudy. This area has some of the best beaches in Britain which run all along the exciting and attractive coastline.
Cromer has many places of attraction including the Cromer Pier with its live shows and the new Life Boat Museum. There is a mini funfair on the promenade and a children's boating lake with trampolines and crazy golf. There is a very good golf courses in Cromer, which you can obtain day passes. The very popular annual Cromer Carnival is held over two weeks in August.
Plenty of things to do nearby including the delightful North Norfolk Steam Railway known as The Poppy Line located in Sheringham or visit the animal sunctuary at West Runton.
There are several National Trust properties in the area within easy reach of Cromer and are well worth a visit.
Cromer has a very good train and bus service and timetables can be obtained from the Tourist Information Centre in the town.

This has been the most pleasureable weeks holiday we have had in a long time. The weather has been supurb - well into the 30's, the views from the chalet beautiful and the whole atmosphere & friendliness of the chalet park has made me fall in love with it all - I am off down to estate agents to try and find one! E & P & Alfie the dog x (July 2010)
Great Welcome, enjoyed holiday. Walking, climbing the hills & steps to the beach. Weather was good to us too. Hope to do it again soon. Mr & Mrs A p.s. I can recommend the "Lighthouse" at Bacton. If you enjoy a "lovely" steak. (July 2010)

We've had a lovely time, the chalet is lovely and comfortable. Our children have loved it. The Willis's (Aug 2010)
Sunset View is a great location. Its a comfortable chalet with lovely decor. As a family we came to Kings Chalet Park in the 1970's and nothing has really changed - unspolit and quiet. We can recommend The Ship at Weybourne, great fresh, local food. We'd difinitely come again. Thank you organising the linen. The P's & Grandma (Aug 2010)
Lovely little chalet, Cromer is a pretty place, had a lovely week. Thanks The K's, Gran & Pops (Oct 2010)
