Welcome to a great family holiday at our chalet “Sunset View” sleeping 4-6 people. Please note that we do not allow pets in this chalet.
Rated "Excellent" and 5/5 by the majority of our guests - This 2015 season "Sunset View" has now been fitted with a new lounge and bedroom carpets and has been spring cleaned and upgraded so this two bedroom self catering holiday chalet now offers the following accommodation:-
A large double glazed window facing out to a grassed area for sitting out and enjoying the view over Cromer town. The lounge has a metal action pull down leather sofa bed, dining table and chairs, 26" LCD TV & DVD Player. The kitchen has everything you should need including a Dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The shower room is fully tiled with an electric shower within a large shower cubicle, basin and toilet with a fan heater for those not so sunny days. Two bedrooms, one room has a double bed and the second room has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps.
Located on the Kings Chalet Park in Cromer this is a great centre for your holiday - with plenty of interesting places to visit and the beach just a relatively short enjoyable walk away. The Kings Chalet Park is attractive and a very well maintained park with spaced out chalets and "Sunset View Chalet" is located at the top of a small hill in the park overlooking Cromer and nestling up to the woods immediatly behind the chalet.
The Happy Valley Play area is very popular with the children and adults alike and is near the chalet park which sits below Cromer Lighhouse and between the Woods on either side.
We have two other chalets, 'Sunny Daze' which is on the same park as 'Sunset View' and 'Morning Sun' which is on the Broadside Chalet Park in Stalham.

The East Anglia region
The North Norfolk coast has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. Which has both stunning countryside abundant with wildlife, but which also has miles of unspoilt golden sandy beaches. Why not take a ride on the Bure Valley Railway at Aylsham or take a boat trip to see the seals and bird sunctuary from Bishop's Boats at Blakeney. The Norfolk Wildlife Centre at Great Witchingham is the perfect day out for all the family. There is so much more to do for all the family and for all ages than you could ever believe to do in Norfolk.
Our chalet is located in Cromer - "Gem of the Norfolk Coast" renowned for the Cromer Crabs and the summer holiday centre for the Edwardian Gentry who have left a heritage of lovely Victorian and Edwardian Houses all over this part of the coast.
Situated on a key position of the coast where the sun often shines when other areas are cloudy. This area has some of the best beaches in Britain which run all along the exciting and attractive coastline.
Cromer has many places of attraction including the Cromer Pier with its live shows and the new Life Boat Museum. There is a mini funfair on the promenade and a children's boating lake with trampolines and crazy golf. There is a very good golf courses in Cromer, which you can obtain day passes. The very popular annual Cromer Carnival is held over two weeks in August.
Plenty of things to do nearby including the delightful North Norfolk Steam Railway known as The Poppy Line located in Sheringham or visit the animal sunctuary at West Runton.
There are several National Trust properties in the area within easy reach of Cromer and are well worth a visit.
Cromer has a very good train and bus service and timetables can be obtained from the Tourist Information Centre in the town.

Stayed at this chalet on the 25th August for one week. We know cromer very well but never stayed on this site before. On arrival we found the lady very friendly who told us where the chalet was, on a slight hill the chalet had wonderful views. The chalet has everything you need, a lovely modern kitchen with a dishwasher which was great. A nice pull down sofa, did think for a family of six could have done with another comfy chair as a couple of us had to sit at the table in the evenings but not a problem. Two bedrooms one twin and one double. Modern bathroom, was not as clean as what I would have liked, floor needed a good clean as did the shower screen, also around back of toilet had not had a good clean in a while, lots of empty cleaning products left at the back of toilet which had caused rust marks on the shelf. I got rid of these and cleaned the shelf off, but I suppose if customers are going in and out this is not done. Think it would help a cleaner going in after each customer to give everywhere a good clean as not everyone is as clean as each other. Other than this no problems, this is a lovely chalet in a lovely position on a very well kept site, on a ten minute walk into Cromer. I would return here and yes would recommend to my family and friends.
