"Perfect long weekend for two!"

We booked this one day before we were due to arrive and Mark was so helpful and quick with his responses. We arrived after a long train journey so it was loverly to find bread, milk and homemade cake waiting for us. The cottage is decorated so beautifully and has everything we could have wanted. The location was great so we had some nice strolls along the beach and cliffs. We ate great meals at the red lion and Bella vista both over looking the sea. We also took a taxi ride to blakney point and did a boat trip to see the seals.

We would highly recommend this cottage. Thank you for a great weekend.

Thank you for your kind words, great you enjoyed your stay. We love the Red Lion also. There is a new Indian restaurant at the end of the road opposite the Red lion that I'm told is excellent, we plan to try it soon. Hope to see you again.

"Comfy and Cosy"

A clean and cosy little rental on a side street in the centre of town. Well stocked with everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the "Welcome Pack" of fresh bread, milk, butter and a delicious homemade cake! We would definitely book a stay there, again.

Thank you for the review, glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again.

"Absolutely brilliant! Comfortable, Cosy and warm, really enjoyed are stay!"

I booked this cottage as a valentines surprise weekend break for myself and my girlfriend.

We both really enjoyed are stay at the fisherman's cottage. The bread, tea, cake and biscuits were very tasty! The whole cottage felt very homely we didn't want to leave!

The proximity to the shops and beach were a bonus really enjoyed being able to walk back and forth to the town and beach as we pleased!

Overall we really enjoyed are weekend break at the fisherman's cottage we will be back and will definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family!

"Magical Little Place"

The Fishermans Cottage was small but perfect. We had the most amazing stay, we arrived to find home made lemon cake, tea, coffee, milk and a superbly equipped kitchen. We loved the homely feel and the whole place was so clean and lovingly furnished.
The location was great, just a few steps from the beach. We had no problem parking just around the corner and it was free!
We would definitely recommend this property and we would like to return ourselves one day, in the summer next time hopefully!
Also dog friendly but worth mentioning, apart from the small area outside the back door, no outside space. This was no problem for us though as the beach was so close.

"very cosy and comfortable. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Although the parking and access was a little poor."

On booking the holiday it couldn't of been any easier mark tucker was really helpful on booking the holiday. He gave us good directions on how to get there, and answered my emails very quickly. The property was lovely and was very cosy and warm, and nicely decorated throughout. The welcome pack was a really lovely gesture, lovely bread and a gorgeous cake. The only downside was the parking but we were lucky at the time and got a space in vicarage road. The location was great a short walk to the beach and pier, and the local fish and chip shops, and great restaurants. Their is a lovely bakery just round the corner from the cottage sold lovely cakes etc. I loved the cottage so much it was lovely and warm in the evening and so comfortable especially the bed. Like I said the only downside was the parking , everything else was well worth it . A big thank you to Mark and Juliet for a wonderful stay.

"Comfortable, cosy cottage in great location"

The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxed week. it was lovingly decorated and furnished and the welcome pack with homemade cake was a lovely touch. The cottage is close to the beach and shops. Recommend the hairdressers next door, the farm shop and the seafood. The number pad entry on the door meant no concerns about lost keys though be aware it is too dark to see the numbers when coming back late so make sure you have a torch or light on your mobile phone. IWe had a wonderful week and would happily book again

What a lovely cottage. It has everything you might need and more. Comfortable bed, lovely pillows and bed linen. All the kitchen equipment you could want and --- a frying pan that does not stick. Close to all amenities and so near the beach. The stairs are steep but there are stair rails. A really super cottage for a blissful holiday

"A sweet little cottage"

Very central location, close to all amenities such as beach, cafes and restaurants, shops, church, walks, etc. Ideal place for a couple without children (but stairs would be steep for the elderly). Was very clean and comfortable. We very much appreciated the supply of milk, tea, coffee and cake on our arrival.
