It is one of Four Stylish Apartments available at Tudor Villas, each Apartment has been individually decorated and furnished by an Interior designer. We have a choice of Sea View or Ground Floor Apartments full details of which can be viewed via our Website link or obtained by calling 01263 823676. They are located in an historic property situated on the best Road in Cromer.

Located in the heart of Cromer's conservation area on Cliff Avenue arguably the best road in Cromer this luxury Ground Floor Holiday Apartment is in an excellent location peacefully located yet within a few minutes walk of the town centre and beach. The inclusive on site parking is also a huge plus for our guests.

This is a Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Ground Floor Apartment with its own Courtyard Garden, Veranda and Parking Space. Perfect for families or couples having 2 bathrooms and the flexibility of either 2 single beds in the second bedroom or a Kingsize bed. The spacious accommodation is a combination of new, stylish and modern with period features such as the spendid fireplace, wonderful high ceilings and quality fittings with the 'touch control' hob and LCD TV with Freesat and DVD not to mention the granite work surfaces, double ended bath plus En suite with double shower cubicle to the Master Bedroom.

The delights of Cromer are all a few minutes walk away so enjoy a latte or a cream tea at the beach cafe and watch the fishing boats set sail for Cromer crabs. On foot take in the art galleries, life boat museum and the magnificent church, enjoy the many coastal walks or use the car to explore the delightful surrounding areas. Spacious and with wonderful high ceilings this Apartment provides a stylish addition to the popular Tudor Villas Apartments.

This is a self contained Apartment with its own private courtyard garden and veranda, 1 Bathroom, 1 En suite to the main bedroom, the second bedroom can either be two single beds or a kingsize bed dependent on our guests requirements. The 5th bed is either a travel cot or 'Z' Bed suitable for child up to 12 years.

The East Anglia / Norfolk region

Norfolk, and in particular North Norfolk, is one of the UK's top tourist destinations. It boasts fine sandy beaches, beautuful countryside and is a haven for wildlife with the area being particularly famous for seeing rare birds. The Queens Sandringham residence is nearby and it is said that she can often be seen walking her beloved corgis on Holkhams fantastic sandy beach.

The regional capital city of Norwich is easily accessible where it's shops and castle can be explored. A boat trip on the Norfolk broads or a boat ride to see the seals are equally enjoyable. Wells, Cley and Blakeney are also fabulous places to visit with Holt being a shoppers paradise.

The Cromer area

Cromer is a lovely Victorian seaside town with a long and unique history. It has recently featured (August 2012) in the top 10 costal resorts of the UK in the Guardian with a special mention for Tudor Villas Apartments to our delight and has previously been featured in many publications including The Times and Daily Express. Praised for it's 'blue flag' sandy beaches, proudly boasting a thriving pier end theatre and renound for it's speciality crabs the town is well established as the 'Gem of the North Norfolk Coast'. A Surf School has now been established for those wishing to ride the waves!

Cromer is Postcard pretty with cliff-top gardens, spendid golf course ,a boating lake, promenades, pristine sand and deliciously sweet crabs to catch and eat.

You can enjoy a traditional seaside break with a stroll down the pier, a walk on the beach followed by the modern twist of a latte in the new modern glass fronted cafe on the beach. Looking for . New local attractions for 2008 include the Cromer Zoo where visitors can see the towns latest residents including pumas, snakes, piranha fish and flamingos.

Golf and tennis are both catered for in Cromer with the Royal Cromer Golf Club and the Cromer Tennis facilities.

Cromer has a Carnival each year which has events starting from early August, the carnival is very popular and is usually opened by the Red Arrows display team. Carnival week is arranged around the the 3rd Wednesday of August each year.

New Year's Day also sees a spectacular firework display over the sea.

The first two weeks of August are children's weeks where a host of activities and events are organised by the town. Full details about the Carnival can be found on the Cromer Carnival website.

In the centre of the town is a majestic church with a very high tower which is possible to climb at certain times of the day the view is fantastic. Next to the church is the Cromer museum where the history of Cromer can be viewed including a reference to Tudor House, now known as Tudor Villas, famous for it's first owners Royal links.

The small streets provide delightful local shops specialising in fresh sea food, fine fish and chips, art galleries and many individual gift shops. The high street has a good variety of shops and a supermarket is close by ensuring that everything for your stay can be found within easy reach.

Cromer's famous pier still houses a theatre providing all year round entertainment, it's an experience not to be missed. After an evening performance you will see the cliffs lit up by the towns twinkling lights as you walk back ensuring your evening is memorable.

At Christmas a 20 minute drive takes you to the Thursford Christmas Spectacular, the ultimate Christmas musical experience is simply one of the most exciting Christmas Spectacular shows ever. It is the most popular Christmas show of all time in England and is a blend of exciting Christmas entertainment, with Christmas songs, carols, dazzling dancers, beautiful costumes, outstanding music and singing from the cast of over one hundred

“extremely beautiful apartment in a fantastic location” We stayed in apartment one at tudor villas and was extremely pleased by the stunning apartment, parking right outside the apartment and the availability of everything which we wanted from a high class self catering apartment. EXCEPTIONAL STANDARD in a fantastic location and i would highly recommend it as a base to explore Norfolk. Thanks again.

“A beautiful apartment and every need catered for” Our appartment was beautiful and every need met. This included parking, and ample room for 4 guests. Everything was lovely and clean and we all enjoyed a good nights sleep in the very comfortable beds. Also attention was paid to detail which include shower gels and soap, a hair dryer etc. I would definately recommend a stay at Tudor Villas.

“Lovely apartment close to the beach” Apartment 1 is very spacious and provided the ideal base for a family to have days out in Cromer and beyond. With two young children we had to put some of the more breakable items in high cupboards, but then we were able to let the boys run about inside. Located within a short walk of the beach, there is a small park with a boating pond on the way, so we would stop on the way to sail model boats. Then there is a lift down to the beach to avoid the need to carry a buggy. We had good weather, but on the one rainy day I took our 4 year old to the sticky earth cafe to paint a mug and have a cake.

“Excellent apartment everything you could wish for” This two bedroom and bathroom apartment was the making of a great week in Cromer. Clean and with all the extras you need for a good holiday. A quick walk through the park about 5 minutes , brought you to the seafront and 5 minutes in the other direction to the shops.

“Convienient, stylish and comfortable apartment” This apartment is spacious, stylish and in an excellent location. The apartment itself is part of a victorian villa so the rooms are spacious while the decoration and furnishing is stylish and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Cromer sea front. The apartment has its own parking and sheltered outside courtyard. Staying there with my husband and father-in-law the fact that there were 2 bathrooms was a great boon. An excellent place to stay in Cromer.

“Superb apartment in attractive location” This is our secnd visit to Tudor Villas and, despite the changeable weather to be expected at this time of year, we spent a most enjoyable break. Apartment 1 where we stayed is extremely well appointed with all the facilities required for a relaxing stay and it oozes quality. Mark and Sara, the owners, are most conscientious and obliging and do all they can to enhance the holiday experience without in any way encroaching on privacy. The property is located within walking distance of the seafront and the town centre. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to all who wish to spend happy hours in Cromer and the beautiful North Norfolk area.

“Excellent accomodation - great location” Very high standard accomodation - everything you need in a very stylish apartment. Great location - very close to town , pier and beaches. “Top class apartment all you could want and more.” We were impressed by the quality and comfort of this accomodation our visit was not blessed by the weather but to be able to sit in comfort was a boon.Everything was A1 condition . One of our group is disabled and he found the apartment ideal. There are 3 steps at the entrance but he could manage them .The situation close to the cliff lift made it easy for him to access sea front and only a short walk to town and restaurants. We will be looking foreward to using apartment again.
