This apartment is situated in a small building and has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, 2 balconies .2 bedrooms are with 2 double beds and the third one is with bunk bed. From master bedroom you can reach a large private terrace. Open living room with built in kitchen , a black granite worktop, a dish washer, induction hob, oven, coffee machine, dining room. This accommodation has a space area over the 100 m2 and sleeps 6 people. In Dramalj you will find market for your weekly supplies, and many good restaurants. Two minutes of drive you are in a very bustling Crikvenica with its long touristic tradition. There are 4 bicycles available and included in the rental rate . When you wake up and you walk to the kitchen or living room the first thing that you notice is a beutiful seeview on island Krk. In the evening when you are sitting on the balcony relaxing on the end of the day you are looking at the silent see and the lights in the distance. The Kvarner/Lika region
The Kvarner region/riviera is not far away from the peninsula Istria. Rijeka is the biggest and busiest port of Croatia. One of the most popular touristic villages is Crikvenica, having a long touristic tradition. Excursions to islands Krk, Rab, Losinj and Cres. Rijeka, Porto Re and Bakarac are only 20 mins drive. For fun and shopping (tax free) we recommend Tower Centre in Rijeka. Plitvice lakes , since 1979 on the Unesco:s list of World Natural Haritage are 2 h drive. The 16 lakes are connected by 92 waterfalls. A pair of trousers, sweather with long sleeves and sporting shoes are necessary. Biserujka Cave is only 1 hour by boat. In the hills you will see the shepherd's house and feel the Croatian country life. Gorski Cotar is known for its canoe safari Devil's passage and Zeleni Vir are the unforgettalbe excursions. For Devil's passage a torch and some warm clothes are necessary.
Crikvenica / Dramalj area
Crikvenica is about 20 miles (32 km) southeast from Rijeka. It is well known with its mild climate, the air and water are very clean. Many people go there because of allergies or cronic respiratory disease, bronchial astma etc. Visits toi Aquarium in Crikvenica (15 kuna= €2/p), many restaurants,. Taking the touristic train from bus station to Dramalj and Selce is a real happy event especially on the point where the trains have to split up for these two destinations. For young people there are some disco clubs. Summer festivals.

Further details indoors: Apartment is comfortable and perfectly situated, nearby the beaches and the sea with cristal clear water . For swimming you dont' need a car. Dramalj leads also to Kacjak, a small peninsula only 500m away, with beutiful beach, hotel and marine. Two bedrooms are with matrimonial beds and the third one is with bunk bed. Bathroom is very comfortable. The balconies are furnished by seating sets. Sea view, private parking. There are 4 bicycles available, very handy when you going to discover the beutiful beaches outside Dramalj, or going to the market or visiting the centre of Crikvenica. Summer carnival, festivities and disco clubs!
Further details outdoors: 5 minutes on foot you will find a bakery for fresh croissants and bread. Open from 07.00 hours and situated in a mobile home on the corner of the street.Very handy when going to discover beaches situated outside Dramalj. or going to super market and visiting the centre of Crikvenica. There are also tennis courts in Kacjak (500 m from apartment), many restaurants with typical Croatian cuisine (unbelivible prices). Restaurant Domino and Moslavina are the good ones. More inlands you can vist in 2 hrs drive: Plitvice Lakes - consist of 16 lakes and connected by 92 waterfalls - since 1979 on Unesco's' List of World Natural Heritage.There are several caves, a variety of flora and fauna. When visiting the Plitvice Lakes we recommend a trousers, sweater and sports shoos, leaving early in the morning in order to enable yourself to see a big part of this park in one day. Conditions
25% deposit required on bokking and the balance of rental fee due 8 weeks before your stay. All bank costs of payment by cheque/bank transfer for the account of holday makers. Refundible security deposit of GBP 300 required together with the balance. For bookings of 2 weeks in the period from September up to June 2008 we give 15% discount on total rental rate.
