Grianan is a newly built modern family home that features all 'mod-cons' yet still retains a traditional loch-side lodge feel. The main living area is completely open plan which aids family and friends spending holiday time together. There is also a separate games room with flat screen TV, large scree projector, games consoles etc. The hub of the house is the fully fitted kitchen with a very large island and bar stool seating. However, outside is what its really all about, all the rooms in the house have stunning views to the loch and/or the local highland setting. Come rain or shine you will not fail to be impressed by the breathtaking views that Scotland is so famous for. Relax on either the front terrace or the sun terrace to the side and breath in the fresh air that really makes holidaying in this house so special. The watersports centre on Loch Earn itself is a 2minute walk away, as is the local pub and restaurant. There is a post office and convenience store also within walking distance. As well as all the activities you would expect on the Loch there are also numerous local walking and cycling trails, distilleries, golf courses, hunting, bars and restaurants and so much more sightseeing all nearby.

"Property Not Fit For Purpose & ££££ ISSUES!!!"

Issue's upon issues with this property, owner Matthew (Sarah) great at communicating until monies has been received then drops off the radar.......... had to hunt down a contact no. for him.
Arranged a hot tub hire as approved by Matthew however due to non-communication between himself & people who clean/manage the house i had to reschedule everything at the last minute causing stress & us to lose out in a day's use of the Hot Tub.

Upon arriving at property we were informed there was no oil ( unpaid bill?) and so no heating within property on a freezing weekend start of March not ideal, we were supplied with electric heaters & hot water bottles, as you can imagine that size of property was never going to be warm with these.

No Broadband within the property either, if you use the hot water in the morning it takes forever to heat, 10 adults with only 7 able to have hot showers.

I have emailed owner requesting a full refund & 1 day's hot tub hire as the house was not fit for purpose and am claiming loss of enjoyment.

I have heard a few stories of people not receiving there deposits back either........ I will not sit back & let this happen, I will continually hound Matthew Robinson & his company Coralgrove Limited until I am happy with outcome.
