Earnbank Cottage is a traditional semidetached House of stone and slate construction and is set within the village of Comrie there is ample room for off road parking. The House enjoys a character design with comfortable furnishings throughout. Featuring, large open plan kitchen and dining and Comfortable furnishing's , and Open Fires in the Sitting room and Dining room ,Fitted with Gas Central heating, and All modern Conveniences.
Situated in the conservation Village of Comrie, the gateway to the Highlands, within the Glen of Strathearn amidst spectacular scenery in an area of great natural beauty. The village which dates back to before Roman times borders on the River Earn a tributary of the Tay. The surrounding countryside offers a wealth of standing Stones, hill forts, burial mounds and Roman remains. The village provides for day to day shopping, post office and bank facilities. The holiday town of Crieff seven miles to the east provides a wide range of amenities including business and secondary schooling facilities.

Gardens- the gardens at Earnbank are to the rear of the property and are extensive there is ample space for relaxing. And off road parking

PLEASE NOTE THE GARDEN HAS A RIVER RUNNING ALONG THE EAST AND SOUTH SIDE IT AND IS NOT FENCED OFF , CHILDREN AND PETS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE GARDEN .
THE HOUSE IS AN OLD PROPERTY AND THE STAIRS LEADING TO THE TOP FLOOR ARE CONSIDERED STEEP PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN DESCENDING AND ASCENDING THEM .
ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OR ITEMS BEING REMOVED OR THE PROPERTY BEING LEFT IN AN UNACCEPTABLE STATE WILL RESULT IN THE FULL DEPOSIT BEING RETAINED.

Comrie has good local shops and a wide choice of eating places, offering both International and Scottish cuisine. There are a variety of local easily accessible walks, the Circular walk around Comrie is one of the most popular. For the slightly more serious walker, Ben-y-honzie and Ben Vorlich are not too far away. Comrie has its own earthquake house lying on the Highland boundary fault.

"Very lovely cottage"
We stayed at Earnbank cottage for 5 nights, enjoying every single day. As soon as we went in, our teenager girls were very excited from the beauty and the character of this large cottage. My husband… More

"Living in Style in the Country"
The house was situated at the end of a lovely lane and the fiirst impression was of the beautiful frontage of the house and the expansive garden and driveway. Woods on the one side were great for exploring and the fact it was all enclosed was great for the dogs. The house was bright and spacious and expertly furnished to a high standard. It was warm and cosy and the sweeping stairs reminded me of grand houses. All the bedrooms were spacious too and the bathrooms were well equipped and very clean. The fact the kitchen and large dining room were open plan was great as you could chat with everyone while you were cooking. Plenty storage everywhere and the extra room in the conservatory was an added bonus. Felt really at home here and the shops in Comrie - two minutes walk up the lane were just wonderful, with plenty of superb walks right on your doorstep.

Stayed in this fantastic house in the lovely village of Comrie with some friends for a well deserved break away. The house has been recently renovated as is to a very high standard with everything there that you could wish for. The rooms are all a really good size and the kitchen well equipped. The garden is also fantastic as it backs onto the river that runs through Comrie, the weather prevented us from spending more time out there but would love to return in the summer for a longer stay. Will definitely return.
