Park Lodge is a traditional cottage of stone and slate construction and is set within mature garden grounds with ample room for parking. The Lodge enjoys a character design with open fires in both public rooms and is well finished throughout. Fitted with Gas Central heating, and All modern Conveniences.

Park Lodge located 1.5 Miles outside of Comrie Itself set in its own private grounds with a large established garden and ample parking. The house is furnished throughout to cater to most needs.

 

The Ground Floor Comprises, entrance hall, Dining room with solid Cherry dining table and seating for 6 and featuring a stove Burner in the fireplace, Sitting room with TV DVD Video and Open Fire, Fully Fitted Kitchen with all Modern Appliances , Gas Hob, Utility room Master Bedroom with King-size Bed and Ensuite bathroom. The Large Conservatory leads of the Sitting room

 

On the 1st floors to the East is a Double bedroom with En—Suite bathroom. And West There is a Twin Bed room with En Suite Bathroom

Each is Accessed by their own stairs Staircase

The Crieff / Comrie area

Highland Perthshire is a great area for outdoor activities including fishing, golf and water sports. Comrie has a special Hogmanay flambeaux evening. Crieff has a highland games in August each year. Edinburgh is easily accessible for the largest arts festival in Europe and the world famous Edinburgh Tattoo.

Comrie has good local shops and a wide choice of eating places, offering both International and Scottish cuisine. There are a variety of local easily accessible walks, the Circular walk around Comrie is one of the most popular. For the slightly more serious walker, Ben-y-honzie and Ben Vorlich are not too far away. Comrie has its own earthquake house lying on the Highland boundary fault.

"Lovely Cottage"
