In a quiet location yet only five minutes walk from the centre of town, Lincluden is a bright, spacious, comfortable, well equipped Edwardian sandstone house accommodating 10+ (with reduced rates for small groups) The house has secluded gardens with a large lawned area, a vegetable plot, a chicken house for a daily supply of fresh eggs, a patio with a picnic table, and a built in BBQ. and a selection of recliners and outdoor games equipment.

The huge lounge has an open fire, a wide selection of books, toys, games, CDs and DVDs. The dining room has a farmhouse table to seat 10 adjoining a well-equipped kitchen and a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a king sized bedroom downstairs with en-suite shower room with excellent access for disabled guests. The bed is zip-linked and can be separated into two single beds if required.

Upstairs, at the front of the house, the spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed and views of the Ochil Hills from the bay window. Next to this is a twin bedroom.

At the rear of the house there is another king-sized bedroom with a twin bedroom off, a luxury family bathroom with bath and shower, a separate shower room and toilet.

We can provide a cot and additional single mattresses and bedding if required.

There is a driveway to the rear of the house offering wheelchair access via a ramp.

Rambling and hill walking amid beautiful mountains, forests and lochs, from gentle strolls along the River Earn to more strenuous outings on hill or mountain - Munros and Corbetts abound for the enthusiast!

The annual Crieff Drovers Tryst festival in October offers a great choice of organised walks and throughout the summer months, traditional Highland Games events are staged most weekends around the area.

Other activities readily available include horse riding, swimming, tennis, cycling and water sports on Loch Earn.

Perthshire is rich in wildlife, including osprey, capercaillie, deer, red squirrels and many more fascinating birds and animals

Fishing for trout, salmon or grayling on Strathearn's rivers and lochs

Music and theatre - choose from Perth's new Concert Hall or The MacRobert Centre in Stirling, both half an hour away, or Pitlochy's Festival Theatre


Enjoy a round of golf on either of Crieff's two 18 hole courses, on one of the many other charming and inexpensive courses in the area, or the world-renowned Gleneagles just 20 minutes drive away!

In Perthshire there are many Castles and beautiful gardens open to the public.

Drummond Castle and its italianate gardens are nearby, and Stirling Castle and The Wallace Monument are a 30 minute drive away.

The 'Famous Grouse Experience' whisky tour at Glenturret Distillery in Crieff offers an excellent whisky distillery visit - interesting, fun and a dram for those who want to taste the Water of Life.
