A wonderful cottage nicely appointed, with all facilities provided. A magnificent view from the secluded garden, which leads onto a private woodland with the cottage. The location is ideal for touring the highlands, and the coast is within reach. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. Comrie is a short distance (1 mile) away with plenty of shops and dining facilities. The cottage is well equipped and therefore you only need your esentials with you. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Bothy. |

The Bothy is quite simply the best self catering accomodation we have ever stayed at. Well equiped and spacious rooms. Very clean, comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings, DVD player and Freeview TV. Lots of books to read whilst sinking into a comfortable armchair and quaffing a wee dram from the Glenturret Distillery seven miles up the road. Very friendly locals and Comrie itself is on the whole flat, well services and threaded with walks around the village. Excellent views from all rooms in the cottage and brilliant for dog owners. Fresh flowers and treats on arrival with personal service throughout booking and stay. Many entries in the visitors book to confirm these opinions and some stating how many times they had been back. |
