Gardeners Cottage is situated next to the Hall on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With one double bedroom and two twins (two further single beds are also available) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep eight people. The cottage also contains a well equipped fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a Claygate open log fire and a sun lounge. Outside the cottage are outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Gardeners Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales.

The North Wales / Snowdonia/Gwynedd region
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and cascading waterfalls.
Climb Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales’ highest mountain, or travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway. Alternatively, why not sample the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat. In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe.You could also explore the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as Colwyn Bay, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno or the Isle of Anglesey on the north coast.
To the south, there’s the lovely Brecon Beacons National Park, a haven of rugged moorland, forests and mountains that’s just perfect for nature lovers and walkers. Finally, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is renowned for its wildlife, stunning coastal scenery, superb beaches and as the home of Britain’s smallest city, the City of St David’s.
The Criccieth / Talhenbont area
Set in a truly idyllic position is the 100-acre estate of Talhenbont, situated in the beautiful unspoiled countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula. Within this small scattering of immaculately renovated cottages are many interesting activities for the guests, such as outdoor chess, access to an all-weather tennis court, pet animals – which welcome a friendly feeding and cuddle – as well as a bird house, cheerfully known as "The Quackery". Outside the estate are other exciting attractions such as a mile and a half stretch of river – perfect for walks along the bank and with areas safe enough for children to play or paddle. Also in the region are a selection of castles, beaches and golf courses, not to mention local restaurants and inns which provide an extensive range of succulent dishes.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
