There is a natural stream running through the front garden with lovely mature shrubs and of course the wonderful views to the sea, mountains and of Criccieth and Harlech castles. We have many birds visiting the gardens as it is quiet and peaceful although we are in the centre of the village but we are set back from the road. Relax and read, have a bar b q ,paint a picture or have a glass of wine after a days exploration of the area in the natural beauty of your garden.
There is a one bedroomed cottage in the grounds which share the gardens and parking but the gardens are very large and there is plenty of parking space.Because of our position in Criccieth you can park the car and walk to the beach, restaurants etc and not have to use taxis or drive yourself.Trains and buses are also very available and enable you to enjoy the vistas without worrying about driving.Lovely accommodation in possibly one of the best areas of Criccieth to stay, quiet but central.Strictly NO smoking in any of the properties.
We would be pleased to help with any special requirement you may need. We can offer short breaks if you would like to ask so please e mail or telephone request..You would NOT share with anyone else if you are a smaller party.

Stayed in the main house on the ground floor accommodation with my partner, elderly father and 2 dogs at end of September. Accommodation was very grand, beautifully kept and clean with fantastic views of the sea and Ann the owner was very helpful and on hand nearby if we needed anything. This property is set in a great location, Criccieth is lovely with great amenities and from which is easy to access and explore the beautiful area of Snowdonia and North Wales - would definately stay here again. Many thanks.

"Grand house in a lovely setting"
We stayed for a week in this large apartment. The rooms are spacious and bedrooms and lounge have views of the mountains, sea and the castle - wonderful. Only reason for not giving this place 5/5 was the slightly dated shower room and bath room, but don't let that put you off from staying here. The apartment is perfectly set, just a minute or two walk from the beach and shops and restaurant. We had a warm welcome from the owner and she was on hand if we had any questions or queries. Thank you Ann for making our stay a great one and making the boys feel very welcome.
Thank you for your kind review. It was a real pleasure to have you and your lovely boys staying with us,hope we see you again one day. Many thanks Richard and Ann

Many thanks for your kind review. We did offer your son a special nappy bin sited by the side of the main door so there was no need for him to go to the main refuse area.We have sited the bins away from the rental properties in order that we can keep everywhere clean and fresh and it only takes 1 min to walk across the garden to them. Sorry if you found this an inconvenience.
