For the holidays with your pet !!!! A cottage in the countryside, very close to the sea and to thermal areas, close to cities of art like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra. Where you can spend a holiday with your dog (or cat) and also have a dog / cat-sitting service 1st floor: a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, with TV, a large bathroom with shower, a spacious walk-in closet / wardrobe, a spacious terrace (overlooking the garden) of approx. 16 sq.m. attic: small eat-in kitchen that opens onto a large pocket terrace where you can enjoy the view of the coast and where you can organize dinners by candlelight or simply enjoy the cool and colors of a beautiful sunset Parking: in front of the house for small cars, otherwise nearby you can park freely. Independent entrance Holidays with your pet! In a small house in the Tuscan countryside, close to the sea and thermal baths, not far from historical art centers such as Florence, Pisa and Volterra. You can spend your holidays with a qualified dog / cat sitting service. 1st floor: Independent entrance, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with tv, one big bathroom with shower, one utility room / wardrobe with washing machine, one big terrace looking onto a garden Roof conversion: fully equipped kitchen diner that opens onto a wide roof terrace where you can admire the coastal view, organize a light dinner or simply enjoy the colors of a beautiful sunset. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Eleonora (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
