The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
Lake Como is an oasis of peace and tranquillity, a magical combination of Mediterranean vegetation and snowy alpine peaks, the ideal venue for family holidays.
The principal towns around the shores of the lake include:

Cremia area
At the northern of Lake Como where the waters meet the slopes of the Alps, lies the little village of Cremia, which consists of many different hamlets scattered on the mountainside.
From the hamlet where is Casa Luna, is possible to descend to the beach of Cremia by a foot path or by a road. There is the possibility to practise water sports and the area is particularly suitable for sailing and windsurfing. The regular lake boat service stops at Cremia.
Behind the house there are many interesting mountain paths through woods and over meadows.
Cremia is part of the historical area of "Le tre Pievi", so there are also many historical buildings: churches, old silk mills and historical residences.
It is also possible to visit St. Moritz, the "Valtellina" area, Lugano and Milan on day trips.
