The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
The villa is situated in Lake Como which is Lombardy. Lake Como is near the swiss border at 40 KM notrh of Milan. Lake Como has got a long history: Roman churches, archeological sites, Como town with its 600 year old Duomo. We have many old villas built around 1900 which some of those are open to public such as Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo Villa Balbianello in Lenno and Villa Melzi in Bellagio. They are all very close to reach from the accommodation.
Cremia area
Cremia is in a central position between lake and mountains therefore is an ideal starting point for any sort of excursion. The lake is very close by, is located in a strategic position for those who likes windsurfing and sailing. It has sandy beach to enjoy sunbathing and a number of watersports. Mountain are close as well, they are full of walking trails taking you up to meadows and mountains top.
At five 10 minutes from the property you have a stunning golf course the oldest oin Italy (1904). The largest town is Como which is 30 min away or Lugano (Switzerland) which is also 30 min.
Lake Como is not only an attractive place to visit during summer but also during springer and autumn are wonderful with pleasent temperatures. our guests in wintertime combine temperature climate on the lake and skiing slopes at 90 minutes by car in splendid St. Moritz (switzerland)

Fly to Malpensa or Linate airport (milan) Follow A8 motorway towards Lake Como Exit Como Nord, Take for Menaggio and follow to Cremia
Cheap flight are available from Ryanair to Bergamo. From Bergamo take the motorway towards Milan, after follow for Como Laghi, Exit at Como Nord, take for Managgio and follow to Cremia.
