Bathroom: family size with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: situated upstairs with TV, DVD, Freeview and electric fire. Kitchen: also situated upstairs, lovely open-plan room with table and seating for 6, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility: with washing machine. Outside: balcony with seating.
