A converted stone barn set at the foot of the Black Mountains in rural Herefordshire. Situated on the banks of the River Monnow with access to many public footpaths including the famous Black Hill, Offa's Dyke, the Brecon Beacons National Park and the famous literacy town of Hay on Wye.

The area is surrounded by farm land with an abundance of wildlife maiking a superb base for Walking, Bird watching, Horse riding, Mountain biking and Golf.

There are numerous pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area including a local fully licensed farm restaurant within 1 mile and a well stocked shop in the next village, 3 miles away.

Craswall is situated in the Golden Valley, 18 miles from Hereford, 14 miles from Abergavenny and 7 miles from Hay on Wye
