The Beach Hut is a three floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large or extended family or even two families sharing a holiday. There are two bedrooms on the ground and one on the second floor with the first floor being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured. The Beach Hut offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is extremely well equipped and comfortable. Stay in a lovely house for the price of a caravan!
To the rear there is parking for one car and outside space on two levels. The upper level leads via a gate from the parking space and is decked. The lower level is accessed via 3 steps and is paved. There is access via a large patio door to the kitchen and living room.
The rooms are decorated and accessorised in a bright and breezy seaside theme. You will know you are on holiday. The beds are big and comfortable with lovely crisp linen - an ideal retreat.
Front entrance: paving stones from road with ramp to front door. Back entrance from parking: wooden terrace with steps to back door. Two flights of stairs on 3 floors.

There are three bedrooms. Two on the ground floor. One of the ground floor bedrooms has an ensuite shower, the beds can be configured as twins or a superking (6' wide). The second ground floor bedroom has two single beds and is adjacent to a bathroom. The third bedroom is on the 2nd floor and comprises of a bedroom with a kingsized bedstead and a dressing room to the rear complete with a comfortable armchair (ideal for nursing mums). There is a bathroom with over bath shower on this floor.
Living takes place on the first floor where there is a fully fitted kitchen and cosy seating area with flat screen TV. There is access via sliding patio doors to the outside decked area. Ideal for outside dining.

The rear outside space is on two levels., the lower level directly outside the patio doors is paved and the upper level is decked. There are steps between the areas. Parking for 1 car is to the rear of the property and separated from the outside space by a fence which has a lockable gate.
The Beach Hut is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome up to a maximum of two dogs. There may be a £50 refundable deposit when staying with a dog. WiFi free for reasonable use.

Crantock is a picturesque village of historical note, on the North coast of Cornwall with one of the best beaches in the area. It has an ancient church, two pubs a tea rooms, an art gallery, gift shop and a village store.
It is only five miles from Newquay, but a world apart. It is popular with families in the summer and people who wish to surf, walk and enjoy all Cornwall has to offer all year round.
Walk to Crantock and Polly Joke beaches
Crantock Beach is a great beach for families and surfers alike. It has a wide sandy beach with sand dunes between the beach and the village. At low tide you can walk along the beach to West Pentire.
