Visit our comfortable cottage in the heart of the Aveyron (Dept 12); experience the peace and tranquility of this stunningly beautiful and unspoiled area of France at your leisure. No traffic jams, no crowds just panoramic views, good food and a warm welcome!
Our holiday home will sleep six people comfortably, it has been designed to make you feel instantly at home and everything that we have placed in the house has been carefully chosen to make your stay stress free.......
We have one sole purpose - to make your stay as trouble free as possible....
If you are looking for 'designer heaven' or a house that is modern, full of clean straight lines and high tech appliances please look elsewhere!!
Our renovated farmhouse is clean, comfortable and homely, we wish only that you and your children feel at ease and have tried our best to ensure a relaxed and easy time will be had by all.
We don't offer a maid service but if you are staying for more than one week, replacement fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels will be provided.
Unfortunately we are obliged to charge a fee of €50 to cover for the cost of cleaning and laundering ready for the next clients.
The house will be ready to accept visitors by 16:00h (if you plan to arrive earlier please let us know) and you must vacate by 11:00h, and we have no limit to change over days.
We want your stay to be as relaxing and pleasurable as possible, if you feel that something is missing or you are in the slightest bit unhappy with what you find, please tell us and we will do our best to either provide the item you need or fix the problem.
Baby equipment is available on demand, cot, high chair, buggy etc..
PARTICULARITIES: Smokers are welcome but we prefer that you smoke outside on the terrace in the fresh air, animals are also welcome but please be aware this is an area where wild animals and farm animals are in abundance!!
The house is set up as follows:

PARKING: There is private parking for two cars.

ENTRANCE: 2 Entances, one via the street and one via the terrace (we are sorry but neither are suitable disabled persons).

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: Wonderfully spacious family area with enclosed insert fireplace, solid oak table and 6 chairs (more available if necessary), appliances include cooker with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffe maker and many more. There are washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar.

BEDROOMS: There are three double bedrooms, all are spacious and we can provide a cot and an extra camp bed if needed.

SITTING ROOM: With door opening onto the terrace for those balmy evenings, TV, DVD and stereo.

BATHROOMS/WC: One bathroom, one shower room and one WC.

TERRACE: South facing terrace with panoramic views and ample space for eating and entertaining, Plus shaded area, steps down to parking and garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
