Las Iguanas is a super large oceanfront villa located just north of downtown Cozumel. It's location both on the ocean and close to town is perfect for those who want to enjoy oceanfront living without being 20 or more minutes out of town.

The villa has three levels, two of which have the bedrooms and common areas of the house. The third is the oceanfront level and includes an outdoor bar, a fresh-water shower, access to a large man-made beach, the pool and, of course, the ocean. The ocean surrounding the villa is filled with a beautiful coral reef, offering awesome underwater life viewing and snorkeling.

From the street, you'll walk into the second level. Immediately, you'll notice how large the space is. This common area has a section with comfortable couches and cable TV, a full-size pool table, a dining room with seating for eight, access to the kitchen, and a small desk area where you can comfortably catch up on email.

The kitchen has all the amenities you might need to make fabulous meals - major and small appliances, purified drinking water, and pots & pans. Off of the kitchen is also one of the four bedrooms. This bedroom has a full size and twin bunk bed combination and a private bath with a walk in shower. It's perfect for the kids or teenagers in your group to share. A second bedroom is located on this level as well. This bedroom is a bit larger, has a queen size bed and a large private bathroom.

From the second level, you'll also have access to an outside dining area, where you can enjoy an early morning breakfast before heading to the ocean or pool for some sunbathing and swimming.

On the 3rd level is where you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has one king and one full size bed and private bathrooms with walk in showers. These two bedrooms have wrap-around windows from which you can watch beautiful sunsets and wake up to the sounds of the waves. This level also has access to the large outdoor deck.

Perhaps the most defining feature of this property is the huge ocean frontage. There is a man-made beach, steps leading to the dock from where you can jump in the water, a big pool with loungers, and an outdoor eating area with seating for six that hangs precariously at the edge of the ocean. There's even an outdoor bar where you can amaze the rest of your group with your signature margarita recipe.

With room for twelve guests, this house the perfect way to really Enjoy Cozumel with a group of friends or extended family.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
