Both rooms can be made up with either double or twin beds. Kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The apartment is of a contemporary style with a fully fitted kitchen including modern appliances and breakfast bar. Easy walking distance of the Red Jet, Yacht Clubs and Marinas. Perfect for couples, small families or corporate guests.

The Isle of Wight is an ideal holiday destination offering beautiful landscapes, beaches and charming small villages. Made popular by Queen Victoria who had her maritime residence at Osborne close to Cowes, the Island is famous for sailing in the Solent, its beautiful coastline including sandy beaches, spectacular countryside and long sunshine hours.

Cowes / West Cowes area

Cowes is an interesting yachtsmans town with plenty going on both on the water and off. There are attractions such as Queen Victoria's Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle close at hand. There are many yacht racing events - the Round the Island Race with over 1,500 entries is a spectacular sight in June and Cowes is also famous for Cowes Week and the Powerboat festival.
There are many first rate cafes, bars and shops in Cowes - (there are particularly good clothes and shoe shops) and there are excellent transport links to Southamptons West Quay shopping centre and Portsmouths Gunwharf Quays centre.

Conditions

25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. Full payment to be made not less than four weeks before arrival at the property. A security bond of £200 is required on arrival , to be refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
