Living/Dining Room with dining table and chairs for 6, a comfortable “L” shaped sofa, additional comfortable chairs, electric wood-burner style fire, coffee table, flat screen TV (cable TV and radio channels) with DVD player and free wi-fi internet access. There is also a telephone for incoming calls and free Island-wide outgoing calls. The room is dominated by floor to ceiling windows giving panoramic views across the marina, the river Medina and the Solent.
Off the living room is the designer kitchen, with electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer and microwave. Complete with a wide range of pots, pans, utensils, china, glass and cutlery to ensure that you are able to cook and dine in style. There is also a breakfast bar seating 2 looking out at the wonderful view.
The master bedroom, which is finished in cool relaxing colours, has twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small TV with built-in DVD player (free-view). There is also an en suite with double size shower cubicle, w c and wash basin.
The second bed room has twin beds, wardrobe and a chest of drawers and is again fitted with New-England shutters. There is space for a travel cot (NOT supplied) if necessary. Both rooms have quality linen, duvets, pillows and cushions, enhancing the luxury feel.

The apartments have entry-phone security and reserved parking space in the secure, gated private car park.
With lift access the apartment is ideally suited for those with limited mobility or wheelchair users.
Please note that this is a strictly no smoking property.
Prices are per week for the apartment and include linen, towels (but please bring your own beach towels), electricity, wi-fi and reasonable end-of-let cleaning – but please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional amount should the property require an unreasonable amount of additional cleaning.
You will be met at the property by our housekeeper who will provide you with keys and explain how everything works.
The apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am to allow access for our housekeeper. Please note that arrival after 7pm will incur an additional charge of £10. Changeover day is usually Saturday but we will be flexible if we can; please contact us to discuss further.
Once you have made a provisional booking we will send you a contract which should then be returned together with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the hire fee as. Please note that your booking will be held for 5 days and is not confirmed until we have received the completed contract, the deposit and funds have cleared. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, failing which we will consider the booking as cancelled and reserve the right to re-let the property and your deposit will be forfeited.
Additionally, we require a returnable security deposit of £250 to be paid with your final balance. This will be repaid once our housekeeper has confirmed that there is no damage, that keys have been returned and that no unreasonable additional cleaning has been required.

Capital of Sailing in the United Kingdom but lots of lovely coastal walks, bicycle rides, links golf course, fishing trips and much, much more. A delightful place to spend a relaxing Island holiday away from it all.

How to get there

If you’re travelling by car then ferry services are available from Portsmouth to Fishbourne and Lymington to Yarmouth via the services of Wight Link. Southampton to East Cowes services are provided by Red Funnel and the apartment is only 5 minutes away in West Cowes via the chain ferry (known locally as the “floating bridge”).
If you don’t drive or don’t have a car then travelling by public transport couldn’t be easier. Simply get a train to Southampton Central station, where a dedicated shuttle service will take you to the Red Funnel terminal where a short 23 minute journey by catamaran will bring you to West Cowes and an easy stroll to the apartment through Cowes High Street.
Once here, busses are available from Cowes to all parts of the Island, making for a particularly relaxing holiday.
