How to get there

Red Funnel Ferries from Southampton - Car ferry to East Cowes (approx 1 hr) or high speed Red Jet to West Cowes (23min). Wightlink ferries from Portsmouth and Lymington (45min and 30mins).

If you do not wish to clean the house on departure ie. leaving the house how you found it. - there will be an additional one-off fee for £90.00 for housekeeping. Please state at the time of booking whether or not you wish to take advantage of the housekeeping services and it will be added to your invoice on booking.

Conditions

30% deposit on booking, balance 14 days prior to arrival. Refundable breakages/damage deposit cheque of £300.00 will also be required with your balance.
