Cowes is the Island's main port with a natural harbour at the mouth of the Medin river. World famous for it prestigious sailing events and home to the worlds oldest regular regatta 'Cowes Week' and is popular with sailors and holidaymakers alike.
Cowes is split into two main areas. East Cowes consists of mainly residential properties and will be where you will arrive if you travel from Southampton via car ferry.

"Excellent cottage. Shame about beds!"
Great cottage, location, facilities etc. dire beds. Mattresses are very old, stained and too soft. No mattress protectors, pillow protectors and very cheap bedding and pillows. Bad sleep as a result. … More
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of Cowes Cottage. We appreciate any comments that will help us to improve the property. I'm sorry to hear that the beds and linen were not up to standard and I will certainly look into this ASAP.
