If you do not wish to clean the house on departure ie. leaving the house how you found it :0) - there will be an additional one-off fee for £80.00 for housekeeping. Please state at the time of booking whether or not you wish to take advantage of the housekeeping services or not and it will be added to your invoice on booking.
A deposit cheque of £150.00 is required which will be cashed and then re-issued to you once you have left the house assuming there are no major breakages etc.
