"Spacious and clean"
My family and I stayed in this deceptively spacious terraced house over the summer holidays. With four bedrooms this rental can accommodate a number of people. There's an excellent fish and chip shop round the corner as well as a little supermarket.

Lovely house, very tastefully decorated with modern amenities. Clean and tidy on arrival, lots of games and DVDs for the children, nice garden area although a little steep for young children. Perfect walking distance into town area which has lovely restaurants and pubs plus great shopping. Owner of property very helpful and welcoming, a really nice place to stay making our first visit to the island very enjoyable!

"Clean, lovely cottage. Great for weekend retreat after sailing to Cowes."
6 of us stayed here after a sail to Cowes. Ten minutes walk from yacht haven to cottage but luggage on wheels so we were prepared. Cottage was surprisingly more roomy then anticipated. Kitchen very we… More

"All we could have wished for our week in Cowes"
The booking experience was very easy and everything was dealt with promptly by the owner. the property was very clean and comfortable. it has everything in it you could want and more besides. It felt like a proper home from home. the area it is in was quiet but it is still handy for the town. All in all we couldn't find any fault and will not hesitate to use it again.

"An Outing with Old Friends to the IoW 2014"
This is a little tardis of a house! It's deceptively spacious, warmly furnished and well fitted out throughout. One bathroom/toilet between 5 ladies did mean a lot of yelling "bathroom's free" but to be honest it wasn't that difficult. There's a couple of hills to negotiate getting to and from but nothing more than you would expect in hilly Cowes. It's only a 5/10 min walk from the High Street/Ferry Terminal and East Cowes and the bus-stop is down the bottom of the road and round the corner. All very easy to travel/walk in and around this lovely island. We would definitely recommend and if possible, would book again. Thank you Mrs Smith!

"Well Equipped Holiday Rental Cottage"
This is a cute, although deceptive, mid terrace house on the Isle of Wight in a good location with local ammenities. We (group of 4 adults) only stayed here for three nights, but found it to be spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was walking distance to the main shops in Cowes and proved to be a great base for touring the island.
Whilst it is located on a narrow street, with cars parked on both sides, we had no problems parking our large car.
There is a small terraced back garden which we did not use, but it has a grassed area for children and a decked area with chairs for sunbathing.
The property has a lot of character, is very clean and tidy, and as previously mentioned well equipped for a week long stay. There is a washing machine, cooker and dishwasher in the kitchen, but no microwave oven (not that this was an issue for us).
We had a lovely stay here and would use it again or recommend to friends, the only teensy little drawback was only having one bathroom, but even this was not a major issue, we just took turns and waited.

"Charming and Comfortable"
The flat was very spacious, modern decor, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and nice little extras like biscuits, wine and good CD's! It is very close to shopping and high streets and easy to get to from the ferry. We shared amongst 4 women but there is bedding to sleep 6.
I hope to stay there again!

"Amazing property! Would Definitely rent again! :-)"
We had an amazing stay here. The house is only a really short walk from West Cowes town and is immaculately maintained. Its spacious, airy and inviting and lovely and quiet. It has amazing amenities too and is really well set up. We had a group for 5 adults and all slept comfortably. Kate has really thought of everything and was so easy and friendly to deal with. Actually I would say too that the pictures on the website really don't do the property justice it really exceeded our expectations. On top of everything it was really affordable and excellent value for money.
Thanks again for a great stay, we will be recommending this property to all my friends!
