It is located 2 minutes walk from the passenger terminal and High Street, at the top of Sun Hill which is a pretty, colourful road with electric house fascias & designs. Outside the front door one can look down Sun Hill and view the sea with full view of Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.
Directly opposite the property is a small hotel with an outdoor heated swimming pool, bar, restaurant and games room. For a small daily fee (£3.00) the pool can be used from end May to beginning of Sept.
There are four bedrooms, easily adapted to accommodate various sleeping requirements, accommodating families or groups. A second mini-lounge has been created in a top floor bedroom with an additional freeview TV unit and DVD player, for those wishing to retreat or watch a different channel; this makes a great kids den. The house benefits from secured sash windows and an enclosed patio garden, making it safe for children.
