Cardiff is just 12 miles away with all that a major capital city can offer. Brecon Beacons National Park is half an hour away.

One of our apartments, The Prince's Apt is on the first floor and has 1- 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds and sleeps 7+. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a 4th bathroom available to guests using the sofa bed(s). There is a small supplement for these extra guests. All bathrooms have overhead showers.

There is a large and sunny living room with TV and DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen/ breakfast room.

We can accommodate individual guests, couples, groups of friends, families and business guests. Short stay (we try and take a minimum of 3 nights) weekly lets or long stays, just ask.

Bed linen, towels, all utilities and facilities are included in the rental.

The South Wales region

The Vale of Glamorgan is a rural coastal Vale on the west side of the city of Cardiff. A lovely rolling landscape with a fascinating coastline. Great cliff walks and beaches, coves and bays. Part of the ALl Wales Coastal Path chosen as the 'Must Do' walk for 2012 by Lonely Planet.

The sandunes at Merthyr Mawr are the largest in Europe. Pleny of history and culture at your p]finger tips and castles from ruins steeped in history to fairytale follies .

Great shopping in the Roman Market town of Cowbridge, charm abounds or visit the extensive shopping in Cardiff Centre or the Outlet Mall at Bridgend.

Golf courses of all levels and panoramas. From Celtic Manor (home of the Ryder Cup 2011) to the links course or just have a family fun at one of the nine hole courses in the area.

Great surfing and water sports (have a wetsuit in the winter)

Pubs and restaurants abound creating a diners paradise. 2 pubs with restaurants within a short stroll of the Manor with many. many more in the area.

A charming Roman market town offering many small individual shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants. A lovely way to spend a few hours or a day. Physic Gardens, the historic town wall, great walks, The home of Iolo Morganwwg and the actor Anthony Hopkins went to Cowbridge Grammer School.
