This new build 4 bedroom property is ideal for a short break. With 3 double bedrooms and a single this is ideal for sharers or a family staying in Coventry for a short break. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom and all bedrooms have access to a spacious family bathroom from the landing.

Downstairs there is a separate toilet, dining room and large family kitchen. The large living room has leather sofas and a large flat screen TV. Patio doors lead onto the private garden.

Situated in the heart of the country, Coventry is the ideal base to explore other towns such as Leamington Spa and Stratford-Upon-Avon. With easy motorway routes and numerous bus/train lines you will find commuting extremely easy.

There are many attractions to visit within Coventry City Centre. The Orchards shopping centre boasts a range of small boutique and large designer stores. Coventry University is a short drive as is the Cotswolds and many local historic towns.


How to get there

The property is situated just outside Coventry City Centre. There are excellent rail and bus links to the property. Birmingham Airport is a very short distance from Coventry. If travelling along the M40 then come off at Junction 15 and join the A46 towards Coventry. Follow signs for the Axis Dominion development and you have arrived.

You will find all items required for your short break within the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and cutlery. The separate dining room leads off the kitchen and has 4 leather chairs surrounding the wooden table.

In the living room there are 2 leather sofas surround the large coffee table. In the corner you have a 32" LCD TV showing almost 200 satellite TV stations.

The private garden is ideal for children to play in or a haven for smokers within the group. At the front of the property you have 2 allocated parking spaces. There is a small cupboard at the front of the property which houses the lawnmower. 4 Seats are provided in the garden for sunny days.


Further details

A £200 deposit will be taken with your rental deposit. This will be held to cover any damages or excess cleaning charges. Once the property has been inspected and found to be OK we will refund the deposit.


Conditions

I do not have specific check in/out days as I appreciate everyone's break is different.

If you require split weeks then the rate is calculates as follows....

"9 days in February 2010" - 1 week is £595.00 per week. £595.00 divided by 7 days, multiplied by 9 days = £765.00 in total.

For all bookings there is a final cleaning charge of £45. This would make the total for the above example £810.00

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:

1) Ring 01926 499445 / 07734 434379 with credit/debit card details. We will take a deposit and details necessary for the booking

2) Send an e-mail enquiry saying you wish to book and pay by bank transfer. An invoice and bank details will then be e-mailed back so you can make the deposit payment.
