The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote, the island of 100 volcanoes submerged in the sea, is one of the most appealing locales on the Canary Islands and has been declared a biosphere reserve for its high natural value. Boasting some features beyond compare, the island offers almost heavenly beaches of peaceful waters and white sand in a environment of palm groves and indigenous vegetations which mix with the reddish and ochre colours of a land marked by volcanoes. It excellent connections puts Teguise Greens residential complex just five minutes from the beaches of Lanzarote and the capital Arrecife. Lanzarote Airport is 10 minutes away. .
Costa Teguise area
People come to Costa Teguise to bask in the sun on tranquil beaches. But you can also enjoy a plethora of other leisure, sports and navigation options. This is where aficionados of sailing, windsurf, scuba-diving, and golf get together. Famara Beach is the longest on Lanzarote and a very popular spot with surfers. For those who love peacefulness, the island offers lovely beaches and coves with white sand and small lava rocks.
Very close to Teguise Greens is the first golf course on Lanzarote, located in a heavenly enclave, notable for its volcanic nature and surrounded by over 3,500 imperial palm trees and the indigenous vegetation of the island. It is an 18-hole course.
Some other popular tourist attractions near Teguise Garden are: Jameos del agua, Jardín de Cactus (the Cactus Garden), Parque Nacional del Timanfaya (Timanfaya National Park) and the Charco de Los Clicos (aka Charco Verde, the Green Lake)..

Further details indoors: The bungalow has two floors. In the ground floor are located the dining room, the kitchen, a canary "patio", a shower room, and an extra room. It can be used as a bedroom.
