Located within a luxury complex the villa offers exceptional comfort and facilities for extended families and couples alike to enjoy that well earned holiday in the sun. Relaxing by the pool situated safely in front of the accommodation or sampling the local cuisine with a glass of sangria at one of the many restaurants within a 10 minute stroll along the promenade Caluroso Villa offers an excellent holiday experience.

Having the benefits of a choice of swimming pools ideal for children of all age groups, evening entertainment program for youngsters and adults along with games room and internet access the villa is a must for that long awaited getaway.

Living Room furnishings include:- Comfy arm chair, two seater sofa bed, colour TV, DVD player, large round pine dining table with four chairs and mirrored wardrobes with security safe enclosed,

Galley kitchen area includes, electric cooker with hob, large fridge freezer,dishwasher and microwave with ample cupboard space.

Bathrooms one and two include, sunken bath with shower attachment, WC and beday, with vanity area containing double inset sinks in front of large mirrored area with wall mounted hairdrier.

Both bedrooms include:- Fully fitted floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, ceiling fans with one double bed to the ground floor bedroom and twin beds to the first floor bedroom.

Upstairs reading gallery includes:- one double sofa bed, coffee table and ceiling fan.

Excluding the bathroom areas, all rooms have wooden laminate flooring.

Further details outdoors:
Small sun terrace leading from the upstairs bedroom via a single patio door.

The Lanzarote region

Beautiful Lanzarote situated 79 miles from the West African coast line within the Atlantic Ocean is the fourth largest island of the seven Canary Islands.

Enjoying a wonderful all year round mild and dry climate with temperatures ranging from 21 degrees in the winter months to 30 degrees in the summer months, Lanzarote makes a perfect all year round holiday destination.

Volcanic in appearance, like so many of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote offers the choice to explore the Timanfiya National Park with its lava tunnels, volcanic craters and wonderful volcanic landscape.

Windsurfing,snorkelling, fishing and para-sailing are popular island sporting activities along with two 18 hole golf courses and an international standard go-kart track.

For a more relaxed holiday white sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, stylish shops and boutiques are plentiful for all the family to enjoy.

The Costa Teguise / Las Cucharas area

Purpose built to serve the holiday maker Costa Tequise is one of three main holiday resorts on Lanzarote.
Having the advantage of only a short transfer from the international airport at Arrecife along with a more relaxed atmosphere, the resort is a popular family destination compared to the other main resorts of Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carman.

Clean fine golden sand beaches can be found along the eastern coastline with sporting activities such as windsurfing and scuba diving being very popular within the resort for tourists and locals alike.

Situated around the well kept band stand, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes sit within the bustling market square or for a more relaxed evening watching the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean, several restaurants are located along the promenade.

Many attractions for all the family are accessible by public transport or hire car.
Within the local area the water park and golf course are situated on the edge of the town and for the more adventurous to the north popular tourist attractions such as the Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Aqua and the Jardin de Cactus are well worth a visit.

Other tourist attractions such as the harbour at Puerto Calero with its good selection of restaurants and excellent shopping facilities catering for budgets large and small, bustling Puerto del Carman with its large sandy beaches and busy shop lined streets and Timanfiya National Park with its lava tunnels and extraordinary luna landscape all provide wonderful days out a liitle further afield from Costa Tequise.

Many major airlines offer routes to the holiday destination of Lanzarote.
Monarch, First Choice, Thomas Cook, Thomson and British Airways all offer flights to Arrecife (Lanzarote) from major U.K. airports along with budget airlines Easyjet from Gatwick and Liverpool,Jet2.com from Manchester Ryanair from Birmingham.

From Dublin International, Aer Lingus and Thomson provide direct flights. Thomson also offer a direct service from Belfast.

On arrival at Arrecife airport your journey is complete following a 15- 20 minute taxi ride to Costa Teguise and the Sands Beach resort.
