Our location at Playa Bastian is one of the most sought after sites on Lanzarote. With its well maintained tropical gardens of Palms & Cactis there are three swimming pools of which 2 are heated.
The Apartments are all painted white & only in blocks of 4 giving it that true Spanish feeling. All are either on ground or first floor level.
Our Apt being on the first floor provides you with lovely views of the site & overlooks the second largest pool.
On a night you can relax on the patio & enjoy lovely views.

The Lanzarote region
Situated in The old Capital of Costa Teguise. The beaches are clean & sandy (not lava). In Teguise Wind Surfing is a very popular sport. The national park of Timanfaya where "planet of the apes" was filmed is a must place to visit for anyone going to Lanzarote, take the coach tour on a trip, to the "MOON"!
The weather is always pleasant on the island being very close to the Equator. Puerto Del Carmen is the biggest resort, with the old harbour it provides some top class restaurants & bars. Caves De Aqua is well worth a visit to see the caves brought about when Lanzarote was born a feature are the really tiny white Crabs thrown up from the depths, all blind & not found anywhere else on earth! Playa Blanca is a new resort & lovely to visit you can also take a ferry to any of the other islands from here.
Costa Teguise area
A top class golf course 10mins drive away, With an Aqua Park brilliant for the kids next door. Local restaurants provide typical Spanish food Paella etc but a local favourite is fish caught locally, with "Canarian potatoes" it's highly recommended. Most bars do Tapas as well, excellent value for an afternoon meal.
A mini market is held every week in the town centre be prepared to bargain! Look out for "menu del dia" that's meal of the day, a 3 course meal for around 8 Euros. Supermarkets large & small are all within walking distance.
How to get there
Jet2.com, Ryanair & other low cost air lines now fly to lanzarote. Car hire can be obtained directly at the airport or on site at Playa Bastian where the apt is situated at very competative prices.
The Apartment is just a 10 minutes drive from Arrecife airport.

Further details indoors: The section of Playa Bastian where apt is located only has apartments on ground and first level. We are located on the first floor thus offering fantastic views of the site both night & day. A washing machine is installed in the apartment but a small charge will be made for use!
Further details outdoors: A good sized patio with table & chairs. 2 sunloungers. Parking facilities are provided on site close to apartment.
Overlooking the 2nd largest of 3 pools. Lovely views from apartment. Well maintained tropical gardens throughout the complex.
Sunloungers are provided around all the pools for all residents & there guests free.

£225 all year round. £75 deposit which is refundable to secure the booking. Balance paid 4 weeks prior to holiday. Small charge for use of washing machine. A midweek clean is available if required, please ask for details & prices. A final clean charge of 35euros, plus 5euros per person for linen, will be made.

The view from the apt is really nice especially on a night, when the pool is lit & you can even see a distant Liner on the horizon!
Lovely apt very handy for shops restaurants etc & very close to Teguise town centre.
