About the home

The Villa has everything needed for your holiday. The resort has two bars and restaurants and has a pool outside as well as a terrace for al fresco dining and a shallow kiddies pool. The resort has its own supermarket, gym and spa area on site.

Costa Teguise is a ten minute walk along the beach front promenade and nearby is the local golf course, water sports are very popular in this area and there are excellent bars and restaurants in the area also. Costa Teguise is a great area for families to holiday and the resort has an excellent kids' club so whether your after a quiet break or a more activity centreed break make Sands Beach your chosen destination.

The Lanzarote region

The Costa Teguise / Las Cucharas area

Situated on the coast in the central part of the island ,Costa Teguise is one of Lanzarote's main tourist areas. It is only a 20 minute drive from Arrecife airport and is a convenient place from which to explore the island. The area is ideal for your holiday whether its an activity holiday you're after or if you're looking to relax and unwind, Costa Teguise offers excellent beaches. Windsurfing is very popular, with windsurfing shops, schools and equipment rental companies clustered around the beach at Las Cucharas.

Costa Teguise currently has the only Golf course on the island. There are plenty of shops bars and restaurants in the area to serve every need, and night life in Costa Teguise is lively.
