About the home

One bedroom Bungalow (approx. 75m2): Living room with double sofa bed and pull down double bed, table and chairs, satellite TV, Ipod Dock, DVD/CD player, telephone, safe box for rent, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and an iron with a board. Bathroom with bathtub & shower over, double sink, separate WC and bidet and hair-dryer. Separate bedroom and sunny South Westerly terrace, umbrella and furniture. Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
Many items can be hired locally including, Bottle warming kits
Sterilization kits, High chair, Travel cot, Safety gates, Pushchairs, Cool boxes, Fans and Beach Towels.

If you require more than one Villa, we are in touch with many other owners on the resort and on our Plaza. We can make the enquiry and booking on your behalf.

The attractive design of the bungalow includes a high vaulted and beamed ceiling. There is a separate double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with shower over the bath, bidet and wc, dressing area with 'His & Her' sinks, shaver point and hairdryer.

The living area has a concealed double pull down bed, sofa bed and plenty of seating. There is also a good amount of wardrobe and cupboard space. The lounge area has sliding patio doors direct onto the sunny private terrace.

If you have young children, you will want to keep a close eye on them so you'll love our private sandy beach front at the lagoon, where they can play and enjoy the sand and paddle at the waters edge. Each of the 6 plazas has a large free-form pool and shallow children's pool to paddle in so they can enjoy the water and learn to swim.

In addition to the plaza pools there is a large 'island' pool with jacuzzi and feature waterfall situated at the Mai Tai pool bar and restaurant.

Older children will find daily activities centred around the Mai Tai pool bar and restaurant including games, face painting and competitions. You will find a full list of the coming week's activities in the reception area.

The Soleil bar is located next to reception and has a lovely outside balcony and regular entertainment, there is also a ground floor disco that has great shows for all the family.

Additional facilities include tennis court and children's play area with swings etc.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote has a fantastic climate and is a true 'year round' destination. The Island is varied and interesting from the volcanic landscapes to the soft sandy beaches.

There are many places to visit and plenty of activities available to please the whole family!

The Costa Teguise area

Just a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, the complex captivates the visitors with its privileged setting. Perfectly situated on the beach front, the complex curves in a semi circle around a salt-water lagoon with a private golden sand beach and its own private island. With no roads to cross, one can also access the public beaches and a Beach Promenade that winds for many kilometres along the coast.

The cosmopolitian centre of Costa Teguise, with its fashionable stores, restaurants, bars and craft market is only minutes of walk away on the Beach Promenade. The property is situated in one of the 6 village-like atmosphere plazas each built around their own swimming and paddling pool or directly facing the ocean.

Our property has an enviable position with a sunny terrace complete with sun beds, umbrella and furniture to enjoy the sunny weather and the magnificent views over the pool area and sea beyond.

Car hire companies can be found directly opposite the resort reception or if preferred at Arrecife airport.
Transfers from Arrecife airport takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi and costs around €20. Taxis can be found just outside the airport terminal building.

Getting around the island by car is straightforward and well worth exploring.
