The two bedroom, two bathroom, Ground Floor Plaza Villa is built around a large swimming pool and children’s paddling pool. It has two patios, complete with outdoor furniture for Alfresco dining, including 2 reclining sunbeds. (there are ample sunbeds and parasols around the pool area should you need more.
The interior of the villa is handsomely decorated and spaciously designed and will provide all you need for your holiday requirements.
There are Two Bars, Two restaurants, a Cabaret Club which hosts live entertainment throughout the year. A mini cinema, a games room, Pool tables, Jacuzzi, a supermarket, a Health and Fitness Centre, which also offers exercise classes and Spa Treatments, and an Internet Café. There is also a Children’s Entertainment Programme throughout the year and a sea water fed lagoon for the family to play in.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is a fabulous sunshine holiday with temperatures ranging from low to mid 70's in January to high 80's in August, which makes Lanzarote a perfect all year round destination.
The climate and the area make for the ideal holiday destination.
Costa Teguise area
Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist areas in Lanzarote, with its white beaches, plentiful Bars, Cafes and Restaurants. It even has its own Sunday Market (if you like that sort of thing).
Another great incentive is Costa Teguise's wide range of available sports and activities such as: Diving, Wind Surfing, sailing, deep sea fishing, golf (there is an 18 hole golf course situated at the foot of an old volcano and only 10 minutes drive away), Camels, Volcanoes, Go Karting, Horse back riding, 4 Wheel driving, Aquatic Park.
