Modern, single storey villa with private heated pool and full satellite tv package in a quiet residential area close to white sandy beaches and all amenities - perfect for families. Car hire only necessary if you wish to explore the island.

This beautiful villa is just a short walk from the white sandy beach of Las Cucharas in the popular resort of Costa Teguise. The villa is close to all amenities including the local Thursday/Friday markets for local produce and bargains as well as many excellent bars and restaurants, shops, bus routes and excursion pick up points.

Leading from the spacious living room the villa has its own private terrace with heated swimming pool, sun loungers, BBQ and table and chairs for al fresco dining. With one double and two twin bedrooms the villa is great for families and offers plenty to see and do in the surrounding area - you'll never be bored.

The perfect holiday villa, in a quiet area with its own private parking. Furnished to a high standard the spacious lounge/dining area is well equipped with Plasma TV, full sky satellite package, DVD player as well as a music centre. The wrought iron dining table seats up to six people. Modern double glazed patio doors lead onto the sun and swimming pool terrace.

The rear of the villa provides a private outside area with sunbathing terrace and heated swimming pool. Patio furniture, sun lounger's, cushions and parasol are all supplied for your comfort together with a BBQ for that all important 'al fresco' dining.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises integrated oven and hob, electric kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and all cooking utensils. The outside Solana includes a washing machine and drying area.

The villa comprises of a master bedroom with dressing area and fully fitted en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms with a shared shower room.

There is a weekly maid service with all towels and linen provided. The property manager lives nearby and is available to assist as required during your stay.

The Lanzarote region

Situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August making the island a perfect year round destination.
The island is Volcanic in origin and as a result many parts of Lanzarote (particularly the Montañas del Fuego - Fire Mountains in the Timanfaya National Park) appear to be from another world. Despite its volcanic nature, Lanzarote has several beautiful white beaches including Las Cucharas and Papagayo.
Local artist Cesar Manrique left a big legacy on the island of Lanzarote and influenced the now stringent building regulations. One of his many contributions to the islands beauty is the Cactus Gradens, one of his last works, Cesar turned an old quarry into an impressive garden. The artist’s influence can also be seen at Los Jameos del Agua which form part of a spectacular underground cave system boa sting the only population of albino crabs in the world.

The Costa Teguise area

Costa Teguise is home to the island's premier 18-hole golf course and Lanzarote's only water park both of which are just a few minutes drive from the villa.
Carnival is an important event in Lanzarote and takes place each year around February/March, dates change each year as each town holds its Carnival festival at different times.
The island’s historic capital of Teguise is a 10 to 15 minute drive away and provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Costa Teguise, unless of course you go on a Sunday, when the market is in full swing with local entertainment and an array of bars/restaurants.
Renowned for its excellent surf, Costa Teguise is a popular resort for windsurfing, the perfect place to learn or take your wave riding to the next level! Playa Las Cucharas hosts the PWA Annual Windsurfing Championships in May/June each year. Scuba diving is also a very popular sport within the numerous caves, tunnels, sheer walls and ship wrecks that surround Lanzarote's shores.

“lovely villa in peaceful area” this is a very nice and well equipped villa, very private in the back garden which had sun all day from around 9.30am. The immediate area is peaceful residential but only 10 mins easy walk to nearest supermarket and bars. Main town is more like 20 minutes walk. The heated pool in the back garden really is heated (lovely and warm) unlike some that claim to be and you can't tell the difference. Mel was very accomodating re flight times so we could stay till early evening on departure day given there was no one immediately booked to follow us. We had a couple of (very) minor issues during our stay but the local manager sorted both out in no time and was very helpful and friendly with tips for best places to eat etc. My one criticism would be that the advert claims full sky tv package but when we got there we found this didnt include bbc/itv/channel 4 or channel 5. I think this part of the advert is misleading and should be reworded. overall though, if you can live without the soaps on tv, its a very nice place to stay.

“Easy walking distance to resort centre, lovely comfortable villa.” This is our third visit to this resort and this villa was perfect for us as an extended family that included a 3 year old. The villa had everything we needed for all of us, not tp feel as if we were on top of each other all the time. The villa was an easy stroll to the resort centre and beach that didn't bother our 3 year old too much. The villa took a little finding for our taxi driver despite the owner giving us the directions and a map. On the down side the villa next door was having some work done on it and we got a dust shower one afternoon and a bit of noise from them, but not enough to spoil the holiday, we would use this villa again.
