Lanzarote has a warm climate all year. This very modern and spacious first floor apartment consists of, 3 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine, bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Lovely modern sofas to sit and enjoy evenings in with a glass of wine to watch tv, or a film. We have 2 terraces so catch the sun all day long. Maybe in the evening you can enjoy the BBQ and watch the sun go down after a hard day sunbathing.
Ideal for families and couples, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Costa Teguise golf course is only a short distance away, and you can see it from the rear of the apartment.
Only 5 mins walk to the nearest beach.

There is a spacious living/dining area with modern furniture, with a 32" LCD TV with some English satelite channels,dvd player. A selection of DVDs,books, lots of board games to keep the children entertained, tennis rackets, and some inflatables for the pool.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a lovely view of 1 of the pools. 1 twin room has a built in wardrobe with a chest of drawers, twin room 2 has a large chest of drawers, TV, DVD player, and a sofabed.
Babies high chair and cot with bedding provided, at no extra charge.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in.
The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board,a cool box to take to the beach, kids fishing nets.
The bathroom is fully equipped with bath shower, wc, and bidet, hair-dryer.
Unlike hotels our apartment is privately owned, so unless we have a client going in the same day you leave, we would not ask you to vacate early if you have a late flight, all we ask is that you let us know your flight times.

We have 2 terraces, the main terrace looks out over the pool with dining furniture to enjoy the BBQ, it is partially covered to give you some shade.
The second terrace looks out over arrecife and also the mountains, with lots of afternoon sun.
Private parking space.
The apartment is fully maintained by our English speaking friends, who live on the complex and can be contacted should you need any help or support.
If you choose not to hire a car we can arrange a pick up and drop off at the airport for a small charge (pay the driver).
You will be meet and greeted at the gates and shown to the apartment and given your keys, here is when you give your refundable keys deposit.
A great place for families who want to relax, with plenty of games, and DVDs to watch.
Bed linen and Bathroom towels are changed weekly
All you need is to bring your own beach/ pool towels.
NO SMOKING in the apartment please, except on the terrace or balcony.
Refundable breakables/keys deposit of £100 or euros, required on arrival where you will be met and shown to the apartment and given your keys. Then on your return your money will be returned to you upon hand over of the keys and no breakages. Thanks
£50 per week deposit to secure booking, the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote has a constant warm climate, with our chilly winters, what's more than to lay by the pool in 22 degrees. In the summer the daytime temperature rarely drops under 26 degrees, and in winter 20. There is a nice sea breeze in Costa Teguise which keeps you cool.
The old town of Teguise has a market on Sunday so you can grab some bargains. Although it's not essential to have a car, the local bus service is very good and goes all over the island, from Puerto del carmen to Playa blanca, and is quite cheap too.
Playa Blanca has a port which you can jump on a ferry to Fuertaventura. Puerto Calero is a must see, with a harbour full of yachts and cruisers, also you can have a go in the yellow submarine there. Jameos Del Agua and the Mirador are just a couple of interesting places to visit by the well known artist Ceasar Manrique.
The Costa Teguise / El Palmeral area
Just around the corner from the complex, you will find Lanzarote's only water park, known as the Aqua Park, with so much to do and so many slides it takes most of the day. Costa Teguise golf club is only a few minutes away by car, The 19th hole (clubhouse) has a lovely bar and restaurant.
The centre of Costa Teguise takes about 25 minutes stroll, you can either walk along the promenade which takes you past the kings palace then up past Playa Bastian which is a lovely beach, or you can walk along the main road which takes you past lots of shops, bars and restaurants, or just get a taxi, it costs around 4 euros.
El Palmeral is a new complex which was finished in 2005 when we brought from new. The complex is very quiet as there is a mix of both residents and rental, which makes it have a relaxed atmosphere.
How to get there

Fly to Arrecife airport, it is only 10 kilometres from the apartment. There is a taxi rank just outside the airport and are readily available. The main changeover day is Thursday and can get quite busy.
For flights we tend to use Thomson,Jet2,Thomas Cook and Ryanair and monarch.
For cheap car hire we use Autoreisen which is based in the airport, we find it much easier to pick it up and drop it back at the airport.
Full driving directions will be provided to the apartment once booking is completed.
Although a car is not essential we advise for exploring.
We have maps in the apartment for you to use if you want to explore the island as there are many things to discover.

This apartment is spacious and very well equipped ideal for children every cupboard and corner has a must have on holiday for our junior visitors. The complex is large secure as gated with a small pool area outside the apartment which is a little sun trap there is also a large pool area with children's play area and tennis courts in the centre of the estate with ample sun-beds including a children's pool.This area is very spacious and lots of individual space better than any hotel pool area i have visited.Short walk to a large Spar well equipped supermarket with very competitive prices and small bar and pizza cafe also in walking distance'My only concern were the ex-pats that live on the estate they completed ignored our "Good Morning" greetings for 31 days as we were only renters and not in the "click" or could it be envy as had a life not a routine .Still we had a great time and thanks to the team Mel/Rose who allowed us our space and the latter made us know she was there if needed only one thing get a new fob for the electric gates as it is a nuisance waiting for other car drivers to let us in dws50

We stayed with our children, 14yrs, 12 and 10. The apartment is very well equipped. We loved the two terraces which gave sunshine all day. The children tried all 3 pools and really enjoyed using the paddle and tennis courts. The apartment was ideally located for us, slightly out of town with a supermarket and water park within easy walking distance.
The residential area was very quiet and we enjoyed walks along the promenade into the town. We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect, with plenty of space for the 5 of us.
