About the home

Luxury villa with heated swimming pool 6metres by 4 metres, large fully walled terrace with pergola, barbecue and loungers with extra comfort cushions. The large lounge feature cerise leather sofasseating 5 and flat screen colour TV with sky 6mix subscriptionand heaters for winter and fans in summer. Lovely spacious villa with 6 metre by 4 metre heated swimming pool and large walled private terrace with BBQ and awning and loungers with cushions. bedroom 1 has large double new bed and en suite bathroom. bedroom 2 and 3 are twin rooms with wardrobes. there is also a bed for 2 extra persons which can be used in one bedroom or lounge
With regard to INTERNET it is via a dongle with movistar and must be arranged

The Lanzarote region

Villa Maria is located in Isla de Lobo, Costa Teguise about 5 minutes walk to the shops and 8 minutes to the beach at Las Cucharas

Lanzarote - a Spanish island, is the easternmost of the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean. It is approximately 125 kilometres off of the coast of Africa and 1,000 km from the Iberian Peninsula. The island's name in the native Guanche language was Tite-Roy-Gatra, which may mean "the red mountains".

The island has its own international airport- Arrecife Airport, through which some 5.5 million passengers travel every year. Tourism has been the mainstay of the island's economy for the past forty years and the only other industry is agriculture.

The Costa Teguise / Las Cucharas area

Costa Teguise is a very tranquil resort area in Teguise region15 minutes from the airport by car. It enjoys all year round climate and also wind surfing. It is very well served with pubs restaurants and shops. there are 2 beaches Las Cucharas and Playa Bastion.

There is a passao where you can walk along by the shore for a number of kilometres so is were popular with holidaymakers.

The villa carina is located at the top of the cul de sac in a very quiet location just 8 minutes walk to las cucharas beach and 3 minutes to nearest supermarket. we can recommend somebody for airport transfers ,welcome packs and trips to a cheaper larger supermarket.
There is also a good local bus service to arrecife and puerto del carmen and many trips can be booked with last minute.com locally
